Bio and Links
Bio Photo My family doesn't understand my obsession for recording headstones, uncover Markers and link lost family members. I have dug my way in the bushes and scraped many headstone for others. I love doing research on my family tree. Everyone should have their name etched in history. I hope to help provide this information. Currently working on my Daughters of the Republic of Texas (DRT) and plan on working on (DAR) Daughters of the American Revolution.

Be kind to this web site for its mission to find a grave--tombstones not a family album unless you are willing to sponsor this memorial.
I have chosen Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery to be my goal to photograph the entire cemetery.

Any and all pictures can be used without any further contact, I took them for your use. Thank you for allowing me to help and enjoy your search as much as I do.

I have submitted the city and county of death for Mr. Emory as Hitchcock, Texas. My wife and I knew Mr. Emory's daughter very well, and we had visited with him several times in the years before his death.

Hi Brenda, you're right, Find A Grave doesn't have Billy listed. If you are interested, Selma Cemetery District has a wonderful, searchable, webpage at http://www.selmacem1.com/ and Billy is listed there.

RE: Edna Mae Witt Hylton Ford
You are welcome Brenda. Billy is buried right next to Edna. I saw his headstone but since you didn't request it? Next time I go to Selma I'll take a picture for you.

Morning Brenda,
Sorry I was unable to find more of your family and friends but in reality, that cemetery is short on markers and printed info.
When I went out there several weeks ago the foto percentage was 39%, now is up to 50%.
Most of the hundreds of fotos that I have taken ended up being "new entries" rather than found markers for current entries.
I am on dial-up so the process is tedious & time consuming, I still have 100+ to process but I should be done this weekend. Since I don't know the surnames that U are searching for, check back next week, maybe there will be new additions that will benefit your research, and I haven't photographed the ones across the creek on the far right end.
"Cemetery stomping", as I call it, is a never ending adventure, and I love it.
Nice to have crossed your path, I hope U find all that U are searching for, Later, James Coston
