Bio Photo My family doesn't understand my obsession for recording headstones, uncover Markers and link lost family members. I have dug my way in the bushes and scraped many headstone for others. I love doing research on my family tree. Everyone should have their name etched in history. I hope to help provide this information. Currently working on my Daughters of the Republic of Texas (DRT) and plan on working on (DAR) Daughters of the American Revolution.

I have chosen Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery to be my goal to photograph the entire cemetery.

Any and all pictures can be used without any further contact, I took them for your use. Thank you for allowing me to help and enjoy your search as much as I do.

Good Morning, we were wondering if you would allow us to use your picture in our tree? Please know we do cite both Find A Grave and the photographer for any picture are allowed to use that we haven't personally taken. The right thing to do and our way of letting others know who truly deserves the credit. Thanks for considering it. (And thank you from one fellow Find A Grave member to another - love roaming the cemeteries snapping all the headstones we see. Happy 2015) S

William A. Rogers
Brenda, you have created a memorial for William A. Rogers in Mount Moriah Cemetery, Butte, Montana. I am wondering if his wife was Emily Rogers. I found a headstone, which is broken into three pieces, that states Emily, wife of William (Rogers) who died June 15, 1894 at the age of 30. I'm pretty sure the last name is Rogers, and I did find a Mrs. Wm. (Emily) included on the cemetery list. I was trying to find where your William A. Rogers was buried in Mount Moriah Cemetery to see if they might be buried near one another, but I don't see a William with the middle initial A. or a William who died in 1897 on their list. Even if he isn't Emily's spouse, I think he should be added to the cemetery list that we have. Do you have an actual cemetery plot location for him? You noted that he is in an unmarked grave. There are others that died in the 1890s that aren't on the list and we add them as we find them--when they actually have a headstone that we can read. Can you provide me with any further information?

Jesse S. Everett
Jesse actually died at his ranch in Coryell Co. TX. He was buried in the Maple Cemetery in Coryell Co. TX not far from where he lived. However, the US Gov't. claimed "eminent domain" over a large section of Coryell Co. in 1942 in order to build Ft. Hood. It was the misfortunate luck that our families land was taken and that included the Maple Cemetery. Therefore, our ancestors were dug up and reburied in the Killeen City Cemetery in Killeen, Bell Co., TX.
