Unlike some members on this site, I will NEVER deny you transfer's due to the "GUIDELINES"....TRANSFER'S = I am not a "stickler" for the guidelines as they are only guidelines. It is not my intention to acquire large numbers of memorials. If I manage a memorial for one of your relatives and you'd prefer to manage it yourself, let me know and I'll gladly transfer to you. The only ones I won't transfer are my relatives. **PLEASE use the Edit tab to request transfer's and add your contributor number so I know who to transfer too.|
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
NOTE - EDIT REQUESTS: If you ask me to include or change information on a memorial and I feel it is in error, I will ask you to please explain your sources. I've had so many people ask me to add information that was actually in error, and I'd prefer not to spread misinformation if at all possible. I spend so much time going back to fix error's made by the new "EDIT SYSTEM" (which I am not a fan of). So, if you have your messages disabled...and your email not available,.....DO NOT leave me an edit request. If I think your request is in error and cannot contact you to verify sources, your edit will be declined.....Thanks for understanding...!!!
*****"PLEASE (Out of respect) DO NOT post death certificates on any memorials I have "created" or "maintain" as the information on death certificates is not always accurate and the "Cause Of Death" does not need to be seen "THANK YOU"*****
Genealogy, begins as an interest, becomes a hobby, continues as an avocation and in the last stages, is an incurable disease.

Thanks for the quick reply and for taking the time to make the correction. If you wish to transfer her memorial to me that would be fine with me. Lillian's Find A Grave memorial is # 123350818 and my Find A Grave contributor # is 47183199. Thanks again/ Kelly
|kelly greer||Lillian (Miller) Morris|
I am writing this because I have come across some incorrect information on one of your memorials. I assure you I mean no disrespect to you (at all) but a distant relative of mine was named Lillian Miller. She died at only 25 years, 7 months and 29 days, in Bowie, Montague Co., TX. And she had only been there for 10 days when she died of cancer of the colon.
To the incorrect information. Someone has her linked to a Find A Grave memorial # 122097073 and have this William Maben Morris connected to her as her husband. That is simply not correct. He was 33 years older than Lillian (b. 1883 vs. b. 1915). According to the information I have on Lillian Miller she was actually married to a Richard Henry Morris.
I checked the 1940 census record for this William M. Morris and his 1940 census record shows his wife's name was "Maurice" and this is one year before Lillian's death in August of 1941. And this William M. Morris died in January of 1941.
Sorry to be so long-winded on this but the bottom line is Lillian Miller was not married to this William Maben Morris. My question is is there anyone to UN-connect him from her? Thanks for your time and best wishes to you/Kelly

Thank you for the transfer, Alice Howle

I found my information on Ancestry.com. He is listed in several family trees on Ancestry. Robert Floyd Robertson was my grandmother's 1st cousin 1x removed. I've been working on her family tree several years. Now I'm trying to relate family members to each other on Find a Grave. Sometimes it is possible and sometimes it is not, Thank you for your work as well. Alice Howle

Grave Walker, Yes I would be proud to manage Mary's Memorial! Thank you for allowing me to!

I was at the Bono Cemetery today for a few headstones. I came across the headstone of Bonnie and John Mackey. Would you like me to upload a photograph of the headstone.

Sure, I would be glad to manage her memorial. Thank you.

You are welcome. As the daughter of a WWII veteran (buried at DFW National Cemetery) and the mother of an Iraqi war vet, it is my pleasure to honor those who served in whatever way I can.
