Bio Photo In 1999, my wife and I began our genealogy research. This is truly a "never ending" task.

The one good thing about genealogy research - the majority are more than willing to assist.

I've had contact with a lot of contributors and have only found one that was not gracious, helpful, courteous and more than willing to assist in my quest for the facts.

I'm in the process of gathering info concerning graduates from Richardson High School, Richardson, TX, for placement in the virtual cemeteries section. Primarily looking for those graduating prior to 1955. Also looking for info concerning former teachers at RHS.

Would also appreciate any corrections/additions you might suggest.

RE: Richard Dean
Joe, I believe I can help you, although the memorial site you provided was not Richard Dean's.
I am guessing your inquiry relates to the Reverend Richard Irving 'Rick' Dean who was a graduate of Syracuse University and walked away from an offer to play professional sports to enlist in the military and serve his country in Vietnam. Following his enlistment, Rick was both an FBI Agent and a teacher. Later, Rick became an ordained Methodist minister and died in Waverly, Ohio.
Should you need dates and locations I can provide those along with some news clippings. Just let me know.
Rick's mother, Joephine Blue Dean passed earlier this year and is buried with his father Irving 'Diz' Dean at the Blackville Cemetery, Blacksville, PA. Rick's father once coached basketball at Syracuse University before making a career as an FBI Agent.
I hope this was helpful.

Hi Joe, I worked in AQ for 33 years, retiring in 2006. I know the current SAC and have been to a couple of conventions with them. I know Celeste very well - we were good friends. She is now in Denver. I don't believe Doug ever worked in the Dallas Division. He retired out of FBIHQ. Yes, it was a hard year for that family with so many deaths so close together. I also have a Virtual Cemetery of FBI folks I worked with. You may know some of them. I'll go through yours and see if I recognize any names. Thanks for writing - always good to hear from a fellow Bureau employee. My sister Sandy (SNM) also does work on this site. She is also a fellow Bureau employee.

I too have these two ancestors. I would like to know if you know where they are buried. Also, How did you find their death dates. I am trying to gather paperwork and am having trouble in some areas. Would love any help you could give me.

Thanks so much for any help you can give me.

Hey Joe,

On 18 Sep 2011, Raymond left a flower and a LARGE bunch of interesting data. That amount of information should be included in the NOTES Section, or incorporated into a Bio.

The reason I was visiting this memorial is that I attached a stone photo for Raymond (that I'm not too proud of).

Think I'll glaze this stone with Super Stone Brite, and re-shoot this photo within a week. The stone I posted is an interim photo to be replaced by me.

Thank you very much for catching my mistake regarding the correct cemetery for Clemmie Boone. I have made the correction and also added a page for her husband.
