Stephen Barber Eubank (#88075841)
Please disregard my last message. I reread Achilles' will and noticed Stephen was identified in it. Geez....can't believe I missed that.

Stephen Barber Eubank (#88075841)

I noticed that your Find-a-Grave memorial for Stephen Barber Eubank shows his mother as Mary Polly Bush Eubank and I am wondering how you made this connection. Mary is my 4th great grandmother with her husband, Achilles Eubank.

According to Achilles' will, he had four children with Mary: Ambrose B., Milly Callaway, Polly Quesenburg, and Frances Rollins. His will names his four children with his second wife, Nancy Ware as Achilles Jackson, William Thomas, Nephora, and Joseph James.

Since the Stephen you show as one of Mary's children died in 1869, he would have been alive when Achilles wrote his will in 1836, so I would think the will would have included Stephen, too.

Thank you in advance for helping to shed some light on this quandary!

Sure, any time. Your husband, as an Elkin descendant, is distant family, right? grin!

E.E. Burnett Memorial
Hello Deb--Do you have a clearer photo of the marker for my great-great grandfather, Edgar E. Burnett (Amarillo, TX)? The one you added is kind of blurry. I appreciate you creating the memorial for him!

RE: Gruber
Thanks for deleting it. Some people get 'unpleasant' when anyone suggests something to them. Thanks for being the opposite of them. Have a good Turkey Day.
