I was going to cemeteries to take photos of my relatives from my amatuer geneology research! I thought, well why not take photos of all the graves, can't take that much more time and I've found as I do my research, if there is one relative buried there, the possibilities of more is probable.

Please feel free to contact me if you find any discrepencies. Typos and other mistakes happen. I will make corrections if you have documented proof, or I will transfer memorial and let you make the corrections.

If you would like a memorial transferred to you, I will gladly do so.

Feel free to use any of the images that I post, if I've referenced a source, please include the source any where you copy them to.

Trivette Cemetery
HAPPY DAY, I figured out which cemetery it was that you had posted. It had us in a tizz trying to figure out if we'd missed a cemetery somewhere!

You had it listed as Trivette and we had it listed as the Humphries Cemetery. We talked to the property owner (Mr. TRIVETTE) and then also found genealogical information that the Humphries were the original owners, thus, the reason for two names.

We were surprised to see that there were several new burials since we had been there and if you don't mind, we will include them on our list for the TnGenWeb page.

Sorry for any confusion, and glad we have the mystery solved!!

Trivette Cemetery
Hi Teresa, I just noticed that the Trivette Cemetery that you added for Sullivan County is actually not in Sullivan County. There are only two Trivette/Trevitte Cemeteries in the county. One is near Rock Springs area and one is up in the woods on South Holston Lake. Both are neglected and overgrown.

Charles Ford may also contact you about the cemeteries, as we're working to get all the Sullivan County cemeteries uploaded to the TnGenWeb page.

Cora L Thacker
Hi, Teresa, I was just at the Morning View Cemetery this past week looking for the headstone for my great grandmother Cora L Thacker and her son James E Dickson. I see that you posted the picture. Do you remember what section or area the headstone is in? I walked about for about an hour but could not find the headstone. thank you.

Could you please transfer the gravestone of my grandfather, James R. Davis, from the Mt View Cemetery in Bluff City to me?

Thank you so much for uploading his grave marker.

I have sense added 2-3 photos, and would like to upload a short bio of him as well.

Thank you,

Robert Johnson

Marshall Jones
Could you please transfer my long lost cousin's grave to me please? Hi name is Marshall Jones (1913-2001). I have much information to add to him, and some little corrections. I would really appreciate it! He is a cousin that my family has forgotten, or had never heard of him, because I have a rather large family.
