I live in Norway now!!!|
First of all, an explanation of my user name in FindaGrave. I have documented nearly every grave in my county and one day a police officer asked me why he keeps seeing me among the graves in our biggest graveyard. I explained to him what I was doing and he joked that he thought I was a "graverobber". That is how I got my user name.
I've been doing genealogy work for my Harrison, Stubblefield, Ford, Ames, Hill and Record lines (my grandparents) for over 30 years. I discovered Find a Grave during the fall of 2010 and it validated so much of my data, while also pointing out a number of errors if I used the dates on the tombstones.
I appreciate the fact that I'd only have access to this information if others contribute to Find A Grave. This led me to start photographing my local cemeteries and those in other cities (including many foreign cities) when I travel for my job.
Thank you to everyone for your contributions and I hope you find mine useful as well!

Per your SAC for Elizabeth (Seaver) Craft :
"Would you please change [burial] from 'unknown' to: Eliot Burying Ground, Roxbury, MA"
On what fact or printed record is your suggestion based on?

Graverobber, this memorial is a duplication. Would you pleas remove it? Thanks for you help.

A friend just told me about this. Not sure if you know or not.
New "Automated" system for "Suggest a Correction/Submit an Edit"
New System for Memorial Edits deployed by FindAGrave on 12/5/2013
Go to your Contributor/Profile page.
Look in the upper right corner. You should now see a tab called "Edits" - check there to see if any have been submitted to you. Then just review and accept.
Way easier for doing updates to names/dates/places/plot numbers/links. If you don't approve within 21 days it will automatically accept it.
You still will get e-mails to add info to bio

I have lots of info on the Yosts of Morgan County. I'm combing through what I have and adding to memorials. I'm only up to the "E's" in the alphabet. More to come!

Many thanks for posting a photo of the grave marker for Torborg and Magne UNDHEIM. I have been searching for the death dates for all my father's cousins and now, thanks to you, I have them.

Thank you for all you do for genealogy. I just wanted to let you know about a mistake on Paul and Bessie Munson's memorial. You have them as siblings and they were in fact husband and wife. Bessie was a Kidwell before marrying Paul. I am so glad you put the memorial on here and even a picture of their tombstone. Thank you for that as well.

Hello, You photographed Tørres Andersen Rønneberg - Memorial# 130969690 & Karen Jonsdatter (Usken) Rønneberg's - Memorial# 130969853 - headstones in Sola, Rogaland, Norway. They had a daughter Berta Tørresdatter (Rønneberg) Todneim or Todnem. She married Jakob Olson Todneim or Todnem. Berta & Jakob had four children who were born in Sandnes, Rogaland, Norway. For the research I have done they lived on the Stokka farm in Sandnes area (all the children carry that as a surname when they immigrated to America). I have found no evidence yet that Berta or Jakob immigrated. So I believe they lived on in Sandnes, probably on the Stokka farm. I am telling all this to you wondering if you have photographed any cemeteries in that area. If you have did you find Berta of Jakob? The reason I ask is I have all of their children's Find A Grave sites and I also have Berta's parents Find A Grave sites (thanks to you). I would love to find Berta or Jakob to be able to link their children to their grandparents. Thank you for everything you have done and everything you will continue to do.
Just wanted to write to say thank you for responding so quickly to my request to add information about Samuel's Civil War service, and for all you've been doing to document the graves of so many. Best wishes for continued success.
