I am a member and past volunteer of the Waseca County Historical Society and have done quite a bit of cemetery work within Waseca County.
I have been interested in genealogy for about 20 years, and I am still working on both of my husband's and my own family trees.
Since I have photographed some entire cemeteries, I will transfer any people who are relatives. Just let me know and I will be happy to do it.

Thank you, S R Allen, for responding to my request for photos of the Murphys stones. Thanks for the photo of John's stone and for checking with the cemetery office regarding his wife, Emma. I really appreciate your help with my documentation of family history. And THANK YOU for being a volunteer!! Mary

Anne (Kane) Harty 101317234
I am looking into my GGGrandmother, Anne Kane Harty (wife of Edward Sr) and see that she is listed as being in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Elysian. That makes perfect sense as some of her family is there and family lore has her there. But I am curious how you determined that, since there is no marker. Do you have access to the cemetery record?
The reason I ask is that I've recently gotten into the Marysburg history records and it states that Anne Harty (this one) is buried in Marysburg (without a marker)... So, I'm trying to discern if we have contradicting cemetery records.

Thanks much for your help.

Memorial 100584234 Paulena Koop
Hello, You are not by chance same person as the Moogie that created this memorial are you? If so please let me know. I have added an obit on Paulena and want the creator to switch up the photo order as your photo is much nicer as the main picture, in my mind anyway I appreciate that you added it. Moogie's message system is disabled. I don't think you can do it or myself, but thought it was worth checking. I have additional info I would like to add on her memorial, but appears I won't be able to at this point unless you are the person who holds maintenance rights. Thanks much for your efforts. PC

Paul R. Isker
Dear S.R. Allen,

my name is Erwin de Mooij and I am the content webmaster for the 457th Bomb Group Association website.

At this moment I am working on a virtual cemetery/memorial on the website honering all 339 KIA/MIA/KIS of the group.

I saw your picture of Paul R. Isker's gave marker and I was wondering if I could use it for the memorial. If you made any other photos of 457th BG members would I be able to use these too?

We would greatly appreciate it.

Best regards,

Erwin de Mooij

Thank you so much for the information as to where Ellen Isabelle Woodbury and her mother are buried. I have been trying to find this part of the family for sometime now. Thank you again! Happy New Year! :D

Mittelsteadt or Mittelstaedt
I see the problem but couldn't delete my previous e-mail. Apparently there is an error on the headstone or Eldor adopted the alternate spelling. So, don't do anything. Thank you. Laura Vlieland Gregg
