Every person writes history and at find a grave that history lives on. |
My family history search started about three years ago when the historians in my family pasted away. Nothing was ever wrote down, they would just explain who was related to who and how. My husband and I take our Sunday afternoons with our three children searching cemeteries for loved ones. Taking pictures for other people is just a highlight for us. The children look at it as giving back, one photo at a time.

Would you consider transferring his memorial to me. I am his cousin. I have added photos for him.

My apologies, I placed the wrong photo on Amelia Rudebush's memorial in response to your request. Seems there are two Amelia's with totally different dates. You will get a note from Find A Grave that the request was filled, again my apologies.
I will try to get the correct photo.

I forgot to tell you . . . my great great great grandfather is Hans Nicholaus Stemmermann (Some people have written it Stimmermann - as seen in the 1870 Jasper, Iowa Census)

Dear Mrs. Peterson-
Thank you so much for finding my great great great grandfather's grave. My family all live in the United States but I live in New Zealand. It is soooooo wonderful to have someone over there who is keeping history alive and helping connect people with their relatives and loved ones. I am so thankful for your efforts! Loves of love.
