Born in 1958 to Raleigh (dec. 1995) and Jessie (Abbott)(dec. 1984) Jobe who lived in DeKalb, Illinois.Youngest of 4 children; sister Judith (John Bunk), brother Ted (dec. 1999)(Judy Rhoda) and sister Sylvia (Frank Kerzich), son Morgan and daughter Rachel (Josh Boyd).
