I've been working on adding all burials to the
Cobden Cemetery with the help of Record A Grave and the Cobden Village Hall.
Currently there are some duplicate names and I will take care of those as I go through each Block in the cemetery.
By the way, if you are interested in doing your own local cemetery Record A Grave is a Facebook application that allows you to upload photos and then a group of people transcribe them. Once they are transcribed and checked for accuracy they are uploaded to Find A Grave. If you want more information on this please feel free to contact me.
You are free to use any photos that I have taken on other sites. If a Cobden Cemetery photo needs a retake, blurry, clean stone etc. I will be happy to retake photo.

Can you please delete the link to Huldah Peaslee Chase on this web page? Warren was the illegitimate son of Simon and not any relation to Huldah Peaslee Chase. His mother's name was Susanna Durgin and I don't know if a record exists for her.

I was posting pictures from those I took in Valhalla just walking and the Burklin's were one of those.

Thank you for the transfer. Barb
|Ann Maree||More info|
Forgot to add that Lulu and Harry Smith and William and Rachel Jones are also buried within the same section, just a row apart (not in the same plot).
|Ann Maree||Zelpha Travelstead|
I entered her from the cemetery; her stone is right next to Virgil in the Travelstead/Lawler plot. Virgil has a shared stone with his other wife, and Zelpha's marker is next to him on the other side. I will post the photos--they aren't the greatest, those flat red stones can be tough and I had bad light that day. Hope this information is helpful.

Thank you again for your help.

Hi Ms. England,
Thank you so much for your kind assistance in transferring Christine Storm Burgess to my management. I sincerely appreciate your help.
P.S. My wife is a descendant of an England family, William Bainbridge England (from Jerseyville, IL) was her great-grandfather.
Thanks for the edit with the links to his parents. I have accepted it and the memorial has been updated. Have a happy Memorial Day.
