"I have reflected many times upon our rigid search. It has shown me that everything is illuminated in the light of the past. It is always along the side of us, on the inside, looking out. In this way, I will always be along the side of your life. And you will always be along the side mine. Our families will be with us, and our families' families. I am sending you this because we have shared something to exist for. |
And, of course, in case anyone comes searching."
-from "Everything Is Illuminated" by Jonathan Safran Foer
If you have a correction, additional information, or links PLEASE use the Edit tab on that person's memorial and send it using the Suggest a Correction (SAC) form. That gives me a link to the memorial in question. I will not acknowledge corrections, additions, links or transfers left in public messages!
PLEASE INCLUDE MEMORIAL #s IF YOU ARE ASKING ME TO LINK FAMILY MEMBERS.

The only correction would be to Richard Hope Wright probably being born in JOHNSON County, not Jackson County. I would be glad to take over administration of these memorials...the HOPE family is part of m family lines...

Hi Mary, thanks for the contact, I had not noticed there was a duplicate memorial. Ella was my 2nd cousin and her middle name is Juanice,her mother`s name was Ella Tabitha Evans Pledger. Your offer to change this to the more complete memorial is vary much appreciated. I now thank you for all you are doing.Wishing you a good life and GOD blessings.
|B. Pierson||RE: Bertha Stoner|
Hi. Thanks for the help. Jack Stoner was his name. He is buried near Dallas. Bertha is my grandmother on my dad's side. I did do the changes you requested. After I looked at it. It made sense. Thanks again. Bobby
|B. Pierson||Bertha Stoner|
I just realized why you thought it should be corrected to just Stoner, a person may not find her at all with Brewer/Stoner as a last name. I added the last name Brewer to her maiden name so it reads DeWitt Brewer, and the memorial will recognize Stoner, and a family member will know it's her with the Brewer name attached, thanks for bringing it to my attention, Bobby
|B. Pierson||Bertha Bethina Dewitt Brewer/ Stoner|
I noticed you sent me a request to edit Betha's memorial page, I have it listed that way because her maiden name is Bertha Bethina DeWitt, she married a Brewer and after his death she remarried and took the name of Stoner and when she passed, she was buried under Stoner, I have her listed under Brewer, because all her kids were Brewer's, and that way they may find her on findAGrave, does that make any sense? Let me know what you think, I'm willing to edit it if you can convince me of a better reason to memorialize her memorial, are you related to Bertha in some manner?, Bobby

I have added her parents and spouse. Thank you
