Bio and Links
Bio Photo I've been doing research for 30 years and have over 430,000 people in my database. I'm slowly trying to add what I have to Find-A-Grave. What a great resource! I've collected much information from here and hope I can return the favor.

I moved near Augusta, GA, in 2011 (after living near Camden, SC, for close to 30 years), have been married for 40 years (yes, to the same man), have two grown children and two absolutely perfect grandchildren. I still work full time and get out to "see dead people" whenever possible. My son tells me I need to get a life.

I work hard to get my information as accurate as possible and am thankful when other contributors do the same. I'm happy to make requested corrections or consider transfers, but please use the "Edit" tab on the memorial. It's easier to manage the emails that way, and it gives me a link to the memorial and your profile if I need to leave a message. If you request a transfer, please tell me the relationship to the person. Thanks!

If you're a visitor to Find A Grave without an account, please don't send a message without including a way to respond. If you don't have an account, then no email address is given in the message I get, nor is there a link to a profile where a public messages can be left, so I have no way to respond.

As far as pictures go, feel free to add what you like to any of my memorials, but remember that unsponsored memorials are limited to five pictures, so please make them worthwhile. And remember, don't post church/cemetery photos on memorials -- they belong on the main cemetery page.

This is my Great Great Grandmother. I was at the Campbell Cemetery, Eastover, today for photos.
Please edit this memorial to reflect there is not a marker of stone for this grave.

Thanks for your quick response. Should the genealogical trail lead to the PA coal regions, please contact me again. Thanks.

Fr. Ziemba
By chance did Fr. Donald Ziemba serve in northeastern PA in the 1940's, in Olyphant or Jessup to be specific? There was a Fr. Ziemba who was a family friend; on my birth he gave me a sterling miraculous medal, which I still have. Yet I have no recollection of him from my early childhood in Jessup and Scranton. Thanks in advance for your response.

The date of death on this tombstone is June 17, 1957. Do you have a death certificate showing an earlier date?

RE: Re: Peter Ziemba (#160203526)
That is Peter's birth record from the church records that I posted on his Find A Grave memorial. As far as what the death cert says, the info on those are only as good as what the informant believes is correct. I've seen many dcs that don't correspond to the actual birth record info. Are you any relation to these Ziembas? Another Find A Grave contributor has Peter, his wife Agnes and sons John & Joseph buried in St Michael's Cemetery in Olyphant, Pa. She has John & Joe's dob different than yours but with the same death dates. I sent her a message but haven't gotten a response yet. According to the 1910 census records I looked at there was another son John but he must have died as a child in Lackawanna, NY before the family moved to DuBois.

Jane Maybelle Smith
Hi Nancy - I do not believe we have a duplication.
We have Jane Mabelle Smith that married George Pope Berry, b. 30 Oct 1888 and we have Jane Maybelle Smith b. 5 feb 1879 married David Edward Lever. I have both in my files and they show different families. Do you have anything different?
