My maternal side of the family has been researched, traced back to England, and published. My paternal side has, to my knowledge, never been documented. As a matter of fact, we were always told the "records were lost". Since genealogy is apparently in my blood, I decided to embark on the journey to discover the true history of the family I really never knew too well. I am researching the following surnames in Texas, Alabama, Oklahoma, and Tennessee...so far...: Marshall, Belt, Russell, Bolt, and Bell. I hope to preserve this heritage for my two wonderful children Michael James Wellman and Ariel Raquel Wellman.|

Hello Ann, i saw some flowers you left for Stella Berger Marshall and her daughter Virginia. They are (distant) relatives of mine. So i ask you if you are able to provide some information about Stella and her family tree, e.g. her father Henry or her mother Fannie, nee Goodkind. I am able to share information back to 1796.
I am looking forward to hear from you.

If you are looking for any particular family pictures of the Russells of Crescent Valley let me know. We have a lot of them. My grandmother was Stella Pearl Russell. I a wonderful one that was a July 4th get together around 1916 of about 50+ people who were Marshalls, Weavers, Russells and others. The picture was taken on Hamp Weaver's place.
|Daniel Scaggs||Herbert and Olga Marshall|
I am looking for the children of My aunt and uncles children. They lived in Leadville Colorado and Olga is buried in Denver my mother was Mary E Marshall. Her Father was George M. Marshall 1862 to 1961
|Shirley Eichelberger||Marshall/Mt. Olive|
Started out researching Marshal and found out that in the St. Louis area it started out as Mare'schal. Sometimes it shows up as Marishal. A Jennie Marshal married Guard Eichelberger and they are my husbands great grandparents. Her father was Louis M. Mare'schal(Marshal) and I beleive he is buried at Oak Dale across he road from Mt. Olive. Jennies' sisters and brother-in-laws are also buried at Mt. Olive. Mary and JOhn Tayon, Antoinette and Henry Roy. Still looking for her brother Francis Marshal. If any of the other members looking for the Marshal family have come across andy info for a Francis or Frank I would love to hear from them. Louis had two wives. I believe the first one Mary died around 1873 but cannot find her either. He remarried (it is my belief) a women that went by the name Eliza or Lizzie. Like everyone says "a lot of brick walls". If this helps anyone than it is all good and if anyone can help me it would be wonderful.

|Diane Stokes||Campbell Marshall|
I noticed that you left a tribute to Campbell Marshall. He is my GG Grandfather on my father's side. You also mentioned that you have little ancestry history for the Marshall's. I have had a difficult time piecing together the family history as well. Any information you can give about this side of the family would be so appreciated!
