|wwii researcher||S/Sgt Leonard O Blancett|
I'm volunteering with a Dutch non-profit group assemble a database of US WWII veterans buried in Belgium and Holland. This site (http://www.fieldsofhonor-database.com/) is searching for information and photos of the men buried there.
Many of these veterans have been adopted by local families as they are grateful to the men who liberated their country and want them to be remembered. This website provides information and hopefully a picture about the men they have adopted.
I noticed you posted a picture of S/Sgt Leonard Blancett and wanted to ask permission to use it . Is that possible, please? If so, would you like credit for the photo?
I don't know anything

|Lisa2015||Miles Rainwater Williams|
Hi ... I happen to come across the 'find a grave' website and saw your name.
Miles Rainwater Williams is also my 'great, great grandfather'. His daughter, Ressie Crumpton Williams, is my mom's mom. Ressie had 4 children. Johnny, Jack, Ernie and Kathryn. Kathryn is my mom.
As a little girl, I remember visiting 'aunt dolly' in the southern CA area of La Puente.
Anyhow, I have lots of information on the Williams side of the family, given to me by Miles Rainwater Williams youngest son, Raymond (uncle pete) Williams. Uncle Pete was 14 years old when he carved the 'rocks' or headstones for Dicie, Ressie and Ott at the Garland Cementary.
The list of children that Miles had were: Mrytle, Maude (Cleo), Zelmer, Jack, Ressie, Fred, Rufus, Dolly, Ruby, Arthur (Ott) and Raymond (Pete).
Who are you related too?
My email is (email@example.com) if you are interested in any of the info.

Hello Joshualyn, I just traveled to Grafton, Ontario and took some photos at the Fairview Cemetery there. I saw the photo you posted and it doesn't look like any of the fences I saw. Maybe it's an old photo. Thanks, Sophia

I'm sorry, I don't have any information beyond that attached to the Deerfield Cemetery in Vernon Co, MO. Wish I could help you.
|Ann Rorabaugh||Rainwater Cemetery|
I was getting ready to contact Find A Grave concerning the correct name for the cemetery where Thomas McCrary, Sr. is buried in Lawrence Co., AL. Some have it entered as the Holland Cemetery and others have it as Rainwater Cemetery. I am wondering why you have entered it as Rainwater Cemetery. Do you have any info concerning this cemetery and it's history?

Information about the cemetery that you are looking for is that it is inaccessable. It is on private property. The owner was very unfriendlly and not willing to give me permission to access the property. He probably though I was some sort of IRS agaent or something. I tried to get as close to the cemetery as I could but only got some shots of old headstones from a distance. Sorry......

Sorry. I wish I could help ... but I simply photograph and enter the memorials. I have no knowledge of the decedants.
Good luck in your search!
