Bio and Links
Bio Photo Most of my memorial pages are for family. I also volunteer to take and upload photos for other members to their memorial pages. I often add plot location or other information in the photo caption. If you click on photo on the memorial page you will see a larger version of the photo where you can read the caption if one was added.

I occasionally take other photos and make my own pages to upload them to. If I have entered a memorial for a family member of yours, and you would like to maintain it, please let me know. I will be glad to transfer ownership to you!

A very handy way to find Milwaukee area death notices is to search digitized images of Milwaukee area newspapers.

Milwaukee Journal 1880s - 1995

Milwaukee Sentinel 1910 - 1995

Milwaukee Journal/Sentinel 1995 - 2007

They are found in the "M" section of
Google News Archives

Some online Wisconsin cemetery databases.

RE: Glatting photo request
I watch one in Block 8 since Spring of 2014, just this spring the date was added. Also been watch one in 63 since late 2014. And one at Mount Olivet spring of this year.

People don't look at captions. I rarely do.

Many thanks Judy!
Judy H.

Thank you for your quick response to my request for a photo of Patricia's headstone. It makes such a difference for someone like me, who is wheelchair bound and cannot get to the cemeteries to do this myself. I am also happy because it helps me to complete my family tree. What you do is a wonderful service for many people. Keep up the good work!

Blessings to you,

Laurie D. =0)

RE: Josephine Haessly edit
Hi again,

I just found her California birth entry. She was actually born Patricia J. Alvarran. Note different spelling of last name. So it must have been Patricia Josephine and she didn't like her first name.

RE: Josephine Haessly edit

The A stood for her maiden surname. That's pretty common - I see that a lot on stones, where the true middle initial is actually something else, and the middle initial of the maiden surname is used instead.

RE: Spohn Family Cemetery
Please be aware the photo is not current and I am not sure when it was taken. Our local historic graveyard association has been very active in maintaining these cemeteries but it's hard to get around as often as necessary.

You also declined my edit of this burial site. If anyone else is trying to find that site with your description, they will never find it. You have the burial site components in the wrong order.
