RE: Joseph Knight
Thanks for the info. I've copied and pasted and credited you with the Soldier's Home info. I looked for those books online and since they are a bit 'pricey' I'll not order them but try to find them at my local Gen. Library which is terrific! If you'd like to remove your note, I think the page will look better. Maybe you can leave a flower instead? :)) Happy New Year!

Joseph Knight
Thank you for the note about his military and location of death. If you will send it to me, I will place it in his Bio section and credit you so all the info may be read at one time. Are you related to Joseph? I am looking for descendants as I'm having trouble getting him a military tombstone placed in the cemetery. The cemetery personnel are not helpful. Thank you for replying :))

Hi Nadeen

I am not a family member so no need to transfer. I came across this information while transcribing the obituary for Family Search. At the time I did a quick search and found nothing, that is why I just added this information.

Henes and Manegold families
Hi, Nadeen. I see you are the creator/keeper of many memorials for people buried in Forest Home Cemetery in Milwaukee, among them my wife's grandparents Dr. Edwin Henes Jr. and his wife Irma Louise (Manegold) Henes, and a number of their relatives. I'm wondering whether you have any interest in or connection to the Henes and Manegold families, and in particular, whether you know how, if at all, the various Henes families in Wisconsin outside of Milwaukee were related to the Milwaukee Heneses. And if you've heard from any other researchers into the Henes family, I'd love to know how to contact them.

Of course I realize that you may simply have created those memorials without having any personal connection to the people involved. Whether or not they're your relatives, I appreciate your taking the trouble to do that.

Thanks in advance for any info you can give me. Have a wonderful holiday season!

RE: S. Wetherbee
Thank you Nadeen for always being so prompt. He was listed as being buried in Spring Prairie but I accidentally opened all Wetherbees in Wisconsin instead of isolating it to Walworth County and there was S. Wetherbee with the exact same dates. So, I deleted my entry and contacted you. Thanks again.
