Bio Photo Hello fellow find-a-gravers,

Just found this wonderful artist and his touching rendition of Lord I need You! If you have a minute and a decent internet connection... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LuvfMDhTyMA&feature=share

Now back to findagrave business...

To request transfer, please do not post your request here in the comments section. I ask that all transfer requests be made through the official "suggest a correction" mechanism. Just go to the memorial, click "edit", then click the last option which lets you send a free form request. That sends me a link to the memorial, which helps ensure I process the correct one, and also sends me your member number so I don't have to go look it up. This saves me two or three steps, and helps me be accurate.

Excluding my own kin and special memorials, all of my memorials are up for grabs. If you are kin, you should have them imo. If no kin comes forward, then anyone who has a connection. Maybe you live next to the cemetery? Maybe you went to school with him/her? Maybe I have one of your old co-workers. You get it :) Just ask!

If you are also adopting out your memorials, I would happily adopt any of my family surnames in the United States: Claussen, Crawford, Fox, Pennington, Petersen; and in Germany: Claussen.

Thanks, and may God bless you immensely today!
Deb

This is the day the Lord hath made. I will rejoice and be glad in it! (and not spend the whole day working on findagrave! LOL )

There are a number of Fox's in Callaway County and Audrain County. I don't know them. If I have any of your kin I will be glad to transfer.

Patricia (Caraker) Fox
You have sent me an edit asking me to link Mary (Hopper) Caraker as the mother of Patricia (Caraker) Fox. I realize your info comes from Patricia's death cert., but Mary died in March 1920 and Patricia was born in February 1921. Could you please check into this further? Thank you.

RE: obit
The Bonnels are cousins, far far removed. I am about finished with the Bonnels. We found the obit for henry William Bonnell 18205973 and it would be nice to have it on Findagrave:
Death Takes Aged Son of Pioneers
Henry Bonnell Proud of Land and Its Possibilities.
Henry William Bonnell, last of ten children born to the late William and Catherine Bonnell, died at his home north of Weston Monday morning, in his ninety- first year. He was born December 12, 1846, on a farm preempted by his parents very early in the development of Platte Purchase. It was situated within three miles of his present home site, so that the land of that particular area was of particular pride to Mr. Bonnell. He never sought to forsake the way of his parents; he loved the farm and all its possibilities; he progressed with the times, kept his farm modern in most respects and for years was a breeder and owner of a fine herd of Hereford cattle. He never questioned the fact that land was the province of manís happiest hours and his home was the center of that province to Mr. Bonnell.
To his spouse, the former Josephine Brady, he was married March 10, 1874 and for sixty-three years the two remained faithful to each other and each to the trust committed to them by a wise Father Ė the keeping of a family. Three of the eight children born to this union, died in infancy. Five, with their mother, survive to mourn his loss. They are: Mrs. Bart Davidson, Dearborn; Miss Myrtle Bonnell, Kansas City; Misses Maud and Fannie and Herbert Bonnell of the home.
In the home, so dear to his heart for so blessed a part of a century, his final rites were pronounced by Rev. S. A. Crouch Tuesday afternoon. Burial was in Pleasant Ridge cemetery, the pallbearers including five nephews: John and Henry Bonnell, Nortonville, Kans.; Nick and Charley Bonnell, Weston; and John Shouse of St. Joseph; and Billy Green, a neighbor, Mrs. Henry Wells rendered vocal solos appropriate to the occasion.
There are, in this fast moving era, so few of the truly Christian families and homes, that the beauty of the unity of purpose and charity of spirit exemplified in the Bonnell home was striking. Both the mother and father forbearing with each other; both expecting and receiving the honor and reverence of children; all united in the purpose of living this life in preparation for a finer higher attainment. May the benediction of this patriarch, at once kingly and kind, rest upon those who loved him best in life and who will revere a memory that shall guide them through the years.
Note: Henry died on 14 Jun 1937

Deb: I am playing catch up on my emails and I just wanted to thank you for transferring Elvie's memorial to me. If I have done this already, that's ok as you do a lot of work on Find A Grave.
Best Wishes.

Henry William Bonnell 18205973
Please note that Henry William Bonnel 18205973 did spell his name with 2 l's. His listing was correct. I do not know why he and some of his brothers kids used the 2 l spelling.
