|Patricia Thompson||Searching for my Great Grandparents|
My name is Patricia Thompson. My father is Perry Thompson. His mother is Marie Augusta Sinn Thompson. He is her youngest son. She died shortly after he was born. His name is omitted from the list of children. I have been able to trace her family back to their immigration to the U.S. and no further (mostly from this website). His father is James Irvin Thompson. It is believed that his father's name is also James. My father moved to Iowa as a child (I believe)or perhaps a young teen. He has little knowledge of his ancestors. I am trying to remedy that. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
|INDIANATURTLE||Carrie Cadman/Volney Beals|
Don: I'll be sending you an email concerning the above and we can exchange information. As mentioned, I'm a Cadman and Carrie Atwood (who married Volney Beals) is on the same 1880 census with Carrie Cadman. Look forward to comparing details.
|Beverly||Theodore, Sue & Verna, LakeView Cemetery, Cleveland OH|
I don't know if it helps, but I at least found the records in Lake View Cemetery's online burial records for Theodore, Sue, and Verna. Inspection of headstone suggests a space between De and Witt on Theodore's and Sue's headstone, so I requested a name change for Theodore [change if you know otherwise], and looked for Sue in De Witt, where she is listed in database, but in Find a grave listed as Witt. [Requested change.] I uploaded the photos to that memorial, and notified that duplicate memorial. I finally found Verna Zibell by searching by first name and found Mrs. Verna Brenan. Don't know if Brenan and Zibell are surnames of different husbands, or if Zibell is maiden name. If you know, please notify memorial manager. Thanks.

Thank you for actually keeping your word and doing something with a memorial that has been transferred to you. That is a rare quality to be found I've noticed.
Love your profile pic. You seem down to Earth and I dig that.
(Drinking a cider for you as we speak.)
p.s. Thank you for adding to Lizzie's memorial. She once lived on this planet. Hopefully someday someone in the future can repeat a few lines about my life to keep my memory going. But who knows these things.

Ok great, I see you created the memorial for Hulda and I have uploaded the photo there as well.

As there are 2 stones face down next to the mausoleum I am not 100 percent sure the Mausoleum cover's both sections of the cemetery. I am going to show the Mausoleum photo for both listings. If you think I am wrong, you can re request the photo's, but please call the cemetery to make sure they re stand the 2 stones which are face down.

Just trying to pass on the kindness extended to me by others!

I accepted those edits. Thank you for letting me know they were there because I didn't know! If you want, I can transfer the memorials to you. They are not relatives of mine, but I took their headstone photos while I was out taking photos of my relatives' headstones.
