Please do not use my photos (headstone or any other I may have on a memorial) without obtaining my permission first. It is extremely annoying to be looking through Ancestry.com and find one of my photos there, submitted by someone else.

Cassius B Smith I double checked and the two family members that you maintain are Cassius and his sister Anna Smith who are buried in Miami Cemetery in Miami County Kansas. Their father, Washington B Smith, is buried in the same cemetery, but the original person still maintains his memorial. The memorials were entered by another person and the pictures were taken by another person, so I guess I need to contact them instead. I thought you might be related since you maintain the memorials now. Thanks for your response. Sorry to have bothered you.
Smith gravestone pictures in Kansas I am a descendant of Washington and Louisa Rahauser Smith through their daughter, Letitia. I would like your permission to use their gravestone pictures and their children's gravestones on my ancestry family tree. I would be glad to put your name as contributor on the pictures. I also take pictures for findagrave. You can check my info listed under 6 grammy. If you are also related to this family, I would love to correspond with you as I have pictures taken in Illinois that I would be willing to share. Thanks for your time and consideration.
