Working on photographing gravestones that have not been previously recorded in about two dozen central and northwest Iowa cemeteries. If you find a memorial I've created that does not include a photo, I probably have it and will get it posted eventually unless it includes the name of a living spouse.|
I process corrections submitted through the edit tab several times a week and my memorials include large amounts of data submitted by others. I try to include the FindAGrave contributor source in material provided for the biography.
If you would like transfers, I am happy to do that unless I'm more closely related than you are. If you have better photos than mine, I am willing to remove mine. Please send your requests through the Edit tab on the memorial page.

Thanks so much for your help in weeding out the duplicate memorials at Corpus Christi Cemetery in Fort Dodge. It really helps to have a second set of eyes look at them. If you find any more, let me know. Leta

I am a Vermont Civil War buff, and am presently working on a project to identify the last resting places of many of our "old soldiers" that had ties to Vermont. I am asking you if I may use the photo's you have posted on Find A Grave Memorial pages for Albert Kingsley and Marcellus Williams, to post on the Vermont Civil War site? 9www.vermontcivilwar.org). You would receive credit for this.
Thank you for your consideration.

Thank you for all this body of work. It is a long, tedious job to enter an entire cemetery of photos - I have done that several times and know first hand how much work it takes to complete a project like this!
Thank you for all the photos you put on my entries.

Different death dates but I DO believe this is probably a duplicate - I had trouble reading some of the dates when transcribing the cemetery records from the original ledger onto Find A Grave when I made the initial entries. Thank you for catching this. I have deleted the one without the photo.

Thank you for sending a separate e-mail about this person. I have removed the information about Nancy and accepted the link that you sent as his wife. I don't like having duplicate information in the bio area if a spouse/parent is linked to the person - no sense having two piece of information listed.

Just wanted you to know that every edit you send, I will accept because you went to all the trouble to locate these parents. When I send you a "Declined", it means I have manually added those parents because what I have found with this system that if the spouse is listed in red as "unknown" on the edit you send, it automatically removes that spouse and I must re-enter them again. Have gotten burned many times with the spouse disappearing and then I must research that person again to find out who their spouse was since you can't "undo" an edit and recover that lost information. Now, I no longer "accept" any edit that has any family member listed in red. I then do my research, manually enter the links requested and send a "declined" with an explanation.
Just wanted to explain what my "declined" entries mean. They will all be accepted, I will just manually enter the edit.

Thank you so much for posting the photo of Samuel Doud's gravestone at the Eldora City Cemetery and also for the updated photo of his 2nd wife's grave, Elizabeth Livingston. As I live some 15000 km's from the US, I am extremely grateful.
