|Gloria Barnes||RE: John Ludwig|
His wife, Mary, was born about 1879. Her maiden name was Mary M. Dorweiler. They had 10 children so some of those other burials could be their children. Gloria

Hi - I am wondering if John Ludwig's wife, Mary, could be buried near him. Maybe you could check next time you go. Gloria

I am the niece of John Sumner, last remaining descendant of Mary Beyer Sumner, whose tombstone photograph I believe you took and uploaded here. She was married to Nobel Prize winner, James Batcheller Sumner. Thank you for posting these photos.
I am now wondering how to find out if there is room for his cremated remains in the same graveyard as his mother, in this Iowa graveyard.
Would you be able to direct me to someone who could tell me if this is possible?
Thank you for any info you might be able to offer me.
Btw, the last living child of JB Sumner and his prior spouse, Cid Ricketts Sumner, lives in Oneonta, NY and would love to talk to anyone who knew JB Sumner, Cid Ricketts Sumner, or Mary Beyer Sumner. Contact me if you'd like to reach him.
