I am a retired Tech Lab teacher in middle school.|
I enjoy genealogy and creating photo album pages of grandkids. I especially enjoy taking pictures of headstones. Cemeteries are lovely, peaceful and quiet.
PLEASE use the edit button to request transfers and make changes/additions to memorials.
Also, since I take a large number of cemstone photos, it is time prohibitive to clean them, especially the older ones, before taking a pic. I will be glad to retake any photos upon request.
AND, I would really appreciate any email communication to include the memorial numbers of the person(s) to whom you are referring. It is so time consuming (and open to error) to find names using the search tool.

Margueretha Koenig #134601077
Thanks for going the extra mile here. I think Margueretha is part of the Koenig family at Crown Hill Cemetery in Colorado but I can't prove it. Since she lived 1911-1913, she doesn't appear in any of the 10-year federal censues. Also, it appears that there are some other Koenig families in the Bethlehem Cemetery so she could be part of one of those families. There are 3 trees of this family on ancestry.com. They all list an unidentified girl...no names given, unfortunately. Thanks again for your kind efforts and the photos are great.

Thank you so much for all the photos of the Martins and Hollenberg City Cemetery as well. I can't tell you how much I appreciate it!

Your Find A Grave memorial picture on William Monroe Harris your photo on his
son grave James Elmer Harris buried at Prarie Grove
Cemetery Cottonwood Falls, Chase, Kansas
if you notice that between the father and mother
there is a space before the sons headstone
We are sure someone is buried there but who.
Is a record kept for the cemetery anywhere,
and is it possible we could find who is buried
Thank you for your time

Mae...I suspect that Margueretha Koenig, 1911-1913, (#134601077), also buried at Bethlehem Lutheran Cemetery, is also part of this family but I can't verify it. Maybe you can read more on Margueretha's gravestone than I can??
It's sad to see a family lose so many children at very young ages. Also sad, the youngest, Victor Carl Koenig, (technically tied for youngest as he had a twin, Vernon) died at age 21 in a car accident after serving 3 years in WWII...Richard

Mae....thanks for linking the various Koenig children to their parents at Crown Hill Cemetery in Jefferson County, Colorado. And thanks for all your dedicated work in general...Richard
|Kimberley Stewart (Rediker)||Potts Family, White City, KS|
I am researching the Potts family. My grandmother was Josie Jane (Potts) Rediker. Her brother was William LeRoy Potts, which you added on this website. Can you tell me if the other "Potts" listed in this cemetery are related, and if so, how. I do not know any of her siblings except for William LeRoy Potts, and would appreciate any information you can give me. Thank you.

Thank you for looking for a headstone for him. I just asked for one because his obit got to me and I wanted to see what kind of stone he had. There must be a lot of unmarked burials in this cemetery, and that's really sad.

I checked to be sure there wasn't another Darrel Germeroth listed. There isn't one shown. I'm sure the temporary marker is incorrect. I'll double-check the directory at the cemetery the next time I'm there.
