McGee Cemetery
Whoops, spoke too soon, as you know. But my point remains: in 1965 there were headstones there for Eliza and Joseph Beedle.

Re: Beedle Burial
I did a search for "McGee Cemetery, Wythe, Hamilton County, Illinois" and found the following:
Apparently a large, totally abandoned, "lost" cemetery. I am stunned. The one person I was sure was interred there, a Miss Brunton and family's family tomb is open and either looted or disinterred. And Eliza J. Bailey Beedle and her husband, Joseph Beedle, were, at some point, buried there. Possibly still there.

West Basco Cemetery
Hello! First I want to thank you for all the great work that you have done! I refer to people like you as genealogy angels. You truly are!

In the West Basco Cemetery, you have attributed Ruby Gwendolyn Thompson as being buried there. She is not. She married Elmer Homer Bryant and is buried here in Oklahoma City in the Rose Hill Cemetery Mausoleum. She is my grandmother. I don't know which member of my family had that monument installed in memory of Ruby Gwendolyn Bryant. I can only guess. I think the monument is totally confusing myself. However, Lottie, Louis, and Bessie were Ruby's siblings. I have been unable to locate any information for Lottie and Bessie. Louis was born on 3 Jan 1885 and died on 6 Mar 1888. That information is from the Hancock County death records that I personally researched years ago. I imagine that he is actually buried there but I don't know about Lottie and Bessie. I've never been able to find marriage or death records for them.

Thanks for your assistance and for all of your wonderful volunteer efforts!

Mitze burials
You wrote "Elizabeth is buried in Lutheran Cemetery, Warsaw, Hancock Co., IL not Oakland Cemetery." Corrected! Thank you so much and especially for the headstone photo. Moved husband too!
