I apologize for the delay in this response from your message to me last October. I hadn't noticed your message to me in the Find-A-Grave link. It looks like you transferred Audrey Kinser's memorial no. 153119185 to me in spite of my lack of a timely response. Thank You.
And yes, Audrey is a distant relative of mine, Her husband, Adrian Lowell Kinser was an ancestor of my maternal grandmother, Margaret Isis Kinser.
RE: ELIZABETH FOUNTAIN Doris, I didn't think you'd be the one responsible for connecting Elizabeth Fountain to John Nowels. I thought whoever managed John's site would have to accept it. Hopefully it will turn up somewhere somehow at some time. I've often had to wait quite a while on some of these. Thanks for your concern. I know you are really busy right now.
RE: ELIZABETH FOUNTAIN Thank you, Doris, for adding the information regarding Elizabeth Knowles/Nowels Fountain, Confidence Cemetery, Wayne County, Iowa. We were thrilled to discover her father and other family members through Find a Grave. I'm a big believer in the service. Waiting now for her to be added to her father's site in Jasper County, Indiana. This will connect her to all her known brothers and sisters. This has been an ongoing project for several years, but without Find a Grave, I don't know if we would have ever found these relatives.
A little late, but still wanted to Thank You Doris, for taking the 3 photos of the headstones of Lucinda McNulty, William McNulty and Mary Brattain. Your work is really appreciated by all. Best Wishes and Good Luck. Raymona # 47237415
Malissa Goad Good Morning! My great grandmother was a sibling of her husband, Nathaniel Perry Goad. My 2nd great grandmother was Lydia Catherine Markham Goad and I know that she was related to Malissa's parents, as they all left Tennessee and ended in Iowa together. It would be an honor to manage her memorial. I know that she and Nathaniel had two children. One died young here in Kansas and the other I have not yet tracked. Her mother came with the Goad family to Kansas and I believe that she died here in Jewell County. I will do my best to try and complete her memorial. Thank you !
RE: ZACHARY McGILL If you follow the records and sources for Zachary McGill it clearly points to IN as his birthplace and not KY. His parentage and Cecil's father Charles Terrell's are a mystery. If there is a copy available of Zachary's dc that could help give something.
