Bio and Links
Bio Photo I began researching my genealogy in 2002 trying to prove my Native American ancestry (which I have yet to find - haha). In the last year I began seriously working on the genealogy (almost every day) and stumbled across FindAGrave.com while doing research.

This site has been very helpful in my search for family and volunteers taking photos for me helped clear-up some spellings and dates. It is because of these volunteers helping me that I decided to give back to the FAG community by becoming a volunteer myself.

Now, I have fun writing to cemeteries for maps and records and going to the cemeteries to photograph stones. It has been and will continue to be both enjoyable and educational. Sometimes I take a friend or family member with me. We love hunting stones and reading some of the interesting markers in the area while searching.

Webb Cemetery
Hello Ann,
I've submitted several edits for burials in the Webb Cemetery in Lafayette, NY. All edits were calculated on the gravesite photos I uploaded and should be accurate. I'd appreciate your consideration of these edits.
thank you,
Ed

You have Sep 4, 1827 listed as the date of death, but it looks like "11" on the inscription. Also her age looks like "61" on the inscription, but your calculated birthyear of 1763 would make that a 64 at time of death. Could you please clarify this for me? My eyes are not the best, I am already in trifocals and my vision is deteriorationg thanks to age (51!).

Thank you!

RE: Clarence Anderson
The picture that you are speaking of was sent to me in an email to compare the looks of Clarence and his daughter Lillian. Not sure if I have that one, will look and I will load the other 2. Are you a descendant? If so how? Shawn

Hi Ann:

Thank you for the transfer of many Stantons. I will see to it they get to someone interested. The one I requested, Mary Sherman (Shearman) Stanton was not included. I am sure it was an oversight. Request her also. Thank you and Happy New Year,

Carolyn

When I search the # that you posted above (25496360) it comes up "memorial not found". I did not create a memorial for him but I will happily supply a picture. Which pic was it? Shawn Hogan Hogan.s@msn.com

Hello. I want to check with you about this memorial for Rose M Argyle. I have a pic of a headstone for a Rose M Argyle. I do not think it is the same one though but I wanted to make sure before I created a memorial for the one I have. I noticed that you have this Rose buried in the grave next to a Harlen (25496363). The headstone I have is for Harley and Rose. This Rose died in 1932 and Harley in 1948. Please let me know if you think this might be the same Rose. Also there are no other Argyle's around them. Thanks.
