My name is Dennis L. Brokaw Sr. I am a retired Naval Officer after 29 years of service. I live in San Diego, California with my wife of 46 years. I am a self appointed Family Historian for the Brokaw-Bragaw-Bercaw and allied families since 1988. I maintain a large database on these families. I am willing to share information with anyone connected to these families. I have been a member of the FAG family for over THREE years now. I hope to continue contributing memorials as I find new information. I am trying to consolidate as many Brokaw's and allied family memorials as possible into one location. Hi Dennis. From what I know she was originally married to James Martin, who died in a car accident on Christmas Eve 1905. She later married Dr. Preston Satterwhite. She had one of the grandest estates on Long Island. If you google "Martin Hall Great Neck" many photos come up. I have several original photos, as well as four original photos taken at the completion of the monument at Cave Hill Cemetery, Loisville KY from 1928. Great stuff!
