Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am fortunate to be able to travel to many remote places in North America. I take advantage of this to walk cemeteries and document headstones which I greatly enjoy doing. The positive responses I receive for the memorials and photos I have posted make the effort more than worth it.

If I have posted a picture to a memorial and you want to use it, please do so with my full permission. No need to ask or give credit.

If you want a memorial transferred to you, ask and you shall receive. I admit I am surprised by the people who rigidly adhere to the findagrave guidelines and refuse to transfer unless those guidelines are met. You won't get that from me.

Thank you so much for adding the photo of the grave marker to my Mom's site. I also appreciate your attitude about sharing transfers and such. I was a little shocked when my Mom's information was already on this site before she was even buried, and then when I in ignorance added to the info was somewhat chastised by the one who initiated it. I know it must become somewhat of a game to those in "collection" mode, but I appreciate your sensitivity, because these are real people with families that are really hurting.

As they say, anything is possible, and usually is, in genealogy.. Makes it so fun then eh?

Hello Darryn,

What a wonderful, wonderful surprise! Thank you so very much for taking a photo of my grandpa's grave.
This means so much to me and I can show it to other family members now who, like me, live far away.
Bless you and your work for Find A Grave.

Black family headstones
Thanks so much for the headstone photo for Anna Black in Pioneer Cemetery. As for your question about Charles Black, I'll have to look into it and get back to you. Thanks again for your time and effort to get the photos...

Judson Matthews
I initially approved your edit request to remove a 't' in Judson's last name, but I've reversed that correction, as I have other documentation for his parents which shows it is spelled with 2 't's & I would like to follow suit with their son.

Thank you again for taking the photo of his memorial.

Sacco's in Holy Sepulchre
Thank you so much for the edits and links! I have a favor--would you please send me your source? If it is simply that it is part of your family lore, that is okay, too, but if you have obituaries or census records that is even happier!
I look forward to hearing from you
