Bio and Links
Bio Photo Each time I create a memorial I delight in thinking that it may someday provide valuable information to a genealogist or comfort to a loved one.

Transfers - Please use the "Edit" tab on the memorial, send a "Suggest any other correction" message including your "ID number", I'm more than happy to transfer memorials to their RELATIVES, as per FAG rules.

If FAMILY MEMBERS wish to have a memorial deleted I will do so, no questions asked.

Some dates/names on the headstones are hard to read. If you can help, please click the Edit tab at the top and input the changes. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated in the completion of "Unknown" and incomplete memorials.

Volunteer contributors spend countless hours creating memorials after visiting cemeteries, photographing headstones and obtaining burial information. I am sure everyone would like to know their efforts are appreciated. I know I do.

FROM FAG RULES:
"Any contributor can upload an appropriate photo to any memorial regardless of who manages the page. No permission from the memorial manager is needed. However, if there is already a photo of the headstone, do not add a second similar photo unless the original is of poor quality and the new photo is dramatically better. "

RE: HENERY HEINE
HI AGAIN,

SO AS I SAID THE ONLY DOCUMENT IS THE IMMIGRATION SHIP LIST FOR HEINRICH HEIN, THAT IS WHY I ASKED YOU WHAT DOCUMENTS YOU HAVE AS HENERY.
SEEING AS THERE ISN'T A PHOTO OF HIS HEADSTONE DO YOU HAVE A DOCUMENT FROM THE CEMETERY ?
UNFORTUNATELY ALBERTA DOCUMENTS ARE EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND & I DON'T LIVE THERE ANYMORE.
ON MY ANCESTRY TREE I HAVE HIS NAME AS HENRY HEINRICH HEINE IN CASE YOU WANT TO TAKE A LOOK AT ALL THE ENTRIES FOR HIM.

MANY THANKS !

HENERY HEINE
HI !
I AM NOT SURE ABOUT YOUR DECLINE ABOUT CHANGING HIS NAME TO HENRY.
I THINK THE BURIAL RECORD IS PROBABLY A TRANSCRIPTION MISTAKE.

DO YOU HAVE A MARRIAGE OR DEATH CERTIFICATE TO CONFIRM HIS FIRST NAME ?

FROM THE 1911 CENSUS UNTIL THE 1968 VOTERS LIST HIS NAME IS HENRY ON EVERY RECORD.
HE IMMIGRATED ON NOV. 2, 1907 WITH HIS MOTHER & BROTHER AS HEINRICH HEIN, WHICH WAS ALSO HIS FATHER'S NAME.
FOR SOME REASON HE CHANGED HIS LAST NAME TO HEINE, BUT HIS BROTHER DID NOT, WHICH CAUSED A RIFF IN THE FAMILY.

LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK, KNOWING THAT I WILL RESPECT WHATEVER YOU DECIDE.

MANY THANKS FOR LISTENING TO MY RAMBLINGS !

RE: Kitty Smith
Hi Yvonne,
I think it looks fine as it is. I should add that I have no family interest in this, I have photographed all one section of the churchyard and added them to Findagrave.

RE: Kitty Smith
Thanks for the prompt reply, Yvonne. I'm not sure how best to handle cremations in Findagrave when ashes are not buried at the crematorium. It seems like a hole in the system. It always seems wrong to me to have two entries for one person. What would you think about adding the Cremation information in the Inscription Note section? There must be plenty of examples in the system, but I haven't noticed one yet.

RE: CM Curley
Sorry, I must have copied it wrong. I can't send it through the edit suggestion, because it is not a memorial that you own, just one you added a photo to. I believe the correct number is 28726204. Sorry for the mix-up before! Thank you for any additional info you can give me on the writing on the side of the stone.

CM Curley
Thank you for the photo you added to CM Curley #117253943. Can you tell me if you also have a photo of the side of that stone? It looks like there is another name on the side and I'm wondering if it is his wife or a different relative. Thanks!
