Bio

I became interested in genealogy in my early teens, asking my grandmother questions about her parents and grandparents. As I grew older I tried, unsuccessfully, several times to research my paternal great-grandmother. In 1998 my husband gave me a computer. That's when I really got started. The 1st person I located was that paternal-great-grandmother. I had only met her a couple of times but she was a unique character. I enjoy finding my ancestors and learning about their time. It's given me an appreciation for our American history. My advice is to never give up. Somewhere, sometime, you will make a connection.
