The Social Security Application and Claims Index on Ancestry.com has the birth place as Taylorville. I did see that several family trees on Ancestry had the birth place listed as Tovey. I believe the Social Security Application would be a more reliable source. The Social Security Application also has the birth date as 28 Aug 1902, which is the same as what is on the gravestone.
"In reviewing your bio, I noticed that you insist on a firm line on transfers"
Oh my that is not true at all!!! If you have any relatives or friends that you want transferred just let me know. I am happy to do it. :-) I will update my profile to include "loves to transfer."
I only ask that people let me know if they are related. Because, I am interested. Not to make it a barrier.
Thanks for your feedback.

All done - glad to help out.

You're very welcome.
Are you setting up a file for his wife or do you want me to ?
|Janneane Veger||RE: Caroline Mow|
Caroline could very well be buried here. There are 33 sites marked as "unreadable" or "base only" on the cemetery reading list I used, which is from 1984. I found only about half that number while photographing. Do you know names of relatives she might have been buried near? I will be happy to go check for any unreadables and see if maybe there is a letter or number legible that would suggest it is Caroline.
