RE: Barloga
I don't understand their attitudes there either. The cemetery is a non-profit, they shouldn't be under pressure to charge people to look up burial locations, or act like it's such a burden when it's requested. I sent in three names through an email, and was told to pay for the information. They wouldn't give me the locations. I think that's ridiculous. But whatever. I think a couple of the office ladies have cranky personalities and it infects the whole place.

Are you a relative of Ethel Barloga? I looked her up on Family Search and I see she was blind. She was living at the Badger Association of the Blind after her father died. The center is still there today.

I'm thinking Ethel probably won't have a gravestone at Forest Home. She was listed as unemployed with no money in 1940. (Also Nadeen has already photographed most of the visible gravestones in almost every section.) But I can get a section/area photo at least, if I can get the location. ;)

Hi Diane, I still have Ethel Barloga on my to-do list. Next time I'm at FHC, I'll try to get her location. They're a little more lenient with looking up locations on weekends when the office ladies aren't around. ;)

Forest Home Cemetery
I need a grave location. They wanted to charge me $24 per half hour to lookup graves. Call Forest Home 414-645-2632. They might give you 1 or 2 graves for free. When you get a location I'll be happy to photograph the headstone.

RE: Uncle Arthur
this lot is way up at the top of Spruce under a big old tree. there are several graves in this lot with no headstones and I have taken photos of the others there in the past.

we have the maps and I know this cemetery about as well as the folks that run the place so I am sorry there was no headstone

Thanks for the transfer and photos... my, you have been busy! As far as duplicate photos goes, only the person that posted them can delete them. The only thing the memorial manager can do is change the order.

RE: Lueneburgs
There is also a Loren and Verna interred next to Alfred and June. Let me know if you would like me to post the photos for them as well.
