Any family member who views a close relative's file (parent, grandparent, great grandparent, or sibling) on findagrave and wishes to take control should contact me through the Edit tab on the findagrave memorial and I would be happy to transfer control to you. Explain your relationship in the request. Non-direct relatives (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) are not required to be transferred. Keep in mind that the original contributor may also be related to the memorial and may not make the transfer. Bulk surname requests should not be made. We make every attempt to follow findagrave guidelines closely. |
Do not request a transfer without indicating relationship to person.
Please feel free to use any photos that we have posted on findagrave without asking permission.
Let us know if we should make corrections, edit duplications or add information. It is all just a click away.

|DOUG WAGNER||RE: Robert Hutto|
Odd situation. You created a Robert Hutto, #62350681. A search on Ancestry does not find him, but somehow I got to that page; it showed links to his parents, but none of his parents or siblings showed him. He did not appear among Huttos listed in the cemetery, and when I tried to add him to a relationship it says "NO MATCH FOR: 62350681". After sending you that msg, I decided that your memorial existed in limbo on the web, but was mostly deleted from Find A Grave and Ancestry (I say mostly because a Find A Grave search for #62350681 does go to your page). I figured you wouldn't even get my msg, so I created a new Robert Hutto, #161354094. If you go to your page, then click the link to any of his relations, then their link back to Robert, you'll end up on my new page, not yours. If you agree, I would suggest just deleting your memorial.

|Little Calamity||Alice Colleen Stout|
You accidentally posted this woman twice, once in 2010 at 50711697 as Collen Stout with an obituary transcript (but no source listed) and once as Alice Colleen Stout in 2011 at 81045987 with a tombstone photo, so now she's listed as her own sibling! Could you please move the obit to the more recent page, and delete the old one, to prevent confusion? (Thank you for posting to Find A Grave in the first place!)
|Marilyn Crouch||Vina Crouch|
Hi, Catie and Will: James Madison Crouch was my husband's great grandfather. He was married to Mary Elizabeth Dunn until she passed away in childbirth. Their daughter, Vina, was not by Ida Mae Dunn. They had no children together. Vina was born to Mary Elizabeth in 1884 and died on July 22nd 1892 at the age of 11 years from the the flu. Another daughter, Ruba, was stillborn on July 27, 1895, and Mary Elizabeth died during childbirth. James married Mary Elizabeth's sister, Ida Mae Dunn Crouch, on Mary 22, 1896. Thanks for all the hard work you do on the memorials. I do this in Lawrence Co., Bedford area, for people, and I know how hard it is to get all the information.

Interested in his obit/death I can send it to you via email.
It's rather long...based on how he died.
|Nancy Ross King||Charles Wafflar|
Fred is my great grandfather. I have seen his obit but have never seen anything listing his birthplace as Frutigen. Nor have I seen the name Madretsch. Could you please tell me where you got this information?
