Bio and Links
Bio Photo I enjoy helping others with taking pictures of the various headstones. This is a way for me to be able to help pay back the many wonderful people who have not only taken pictures, but also added to my information base of genealogy.
I do not do this for the numbers. If anyone requests a picture and the spouse (or any other "connecting-type person") is in, or next to that plot, I will go ahead and take those pictures too. A second request isn't necessary.
I consider the pictures I take to be public property. Why would I want to keep or claim pictures of total strangers! Please feel free to post these on any other site you wish; ie: on or family trees, etc. Or just copy these pictures to keep with your genealogy files at home. I take these pictures to share.
Thank you, LC

Fort Bliss National Cemetery photos
LC, I deeply appreciate you taking time away from your day to travel to Fort Bliss National Cemetery, locate the markers, take the great photos and then posting them.

My uncle's gravestone
Hello LC,
I would like to say thank you so much for the photos of the cemetery, and in particular the gravestone which marks my uncle Damon Waggener's grave at Ft. Bliss Cemetery.

I could not, without your generous help, have seen this marker, and added the information to my genealogy.

RE: Crabtrees
Thank you so so much. Luke was my GD's youngest brother. He died very young. I remember my GD being so shocked. I have a letter that came to my GD just a month before he died, penned by his son William who was just a kid. Luke did not really know how to write as he grew up under tough circumstances.

Anyway, I go on an on. Thank you very very much!!!

I listened to the message again this morning and want to be sure I sent correctly and got to thinking I did not give thier Find A Grave # to you so I'll try to be better and complete this time.

Frankie Kirkpatrick F=Prayer Garden Block 12, Lot 72, Space 5 Find A Grave # 54479734

Walter Anderson I= Last Supper Block 5, Lot 42, Space 5 Find A Grave # 107028512

Paul Anderson I= Last Supper Block 5, lot 43 sp 7
Find A Grave # 107028513

Edna Anderson I Last Supper Block 5, lot 43, sp 8

I may have heard her wrong first few times so you may want to recheck what I sent for Frankie Kirkpatrick especially.

Good luck and again thanks for anything you can accomplish on this mission.

RE: Kirkpatrick
I finally got the info from the Restlawn cemetery and am writing you directly because of you letting me know how persnickety they were so I certainly will understand if you don't know where these areas are and don't want to full with those folks. If you do want to get the pics I am including the info. If you don't just let me know I'll understand.
Frankie Kirkpatrick (1876-1964) is in the Prayer area; Block 12, Lot 42, Space 4.
In the Last Supper area is:
1.Walter Anderson(1902-1970)block 5,lot42,space 5
2.Paul Anderson(1936-1992)block 5, lot 43,space 7
3.Edna Anderson(1905-2000)bloc 5, lot 43,space 8
If you do this and they have spouses (db stone) I'd appreciate a photo also of the spouse side.
Once again, if you don't want to full with this, no problem. I am asking alot.
Many thanks for all you have done.

RE: Kirkpatrick
Well thanks for what you do get done for folks.
I am stubborn so next week I have thought about it and I am going to call back and tell them I want the info and why and if they still refuse I am going to give them an ear full. If that doesn't work I think I will write a letter and start with complaining to the city commerce of what a poor light that shines on the city. That is one of the purposes of Find A Grave to help those of us that can't travel and want to see our relatives memorials.
Thank you again. I appreciate your desire to help me.

I am so happy to have his stone again! The original volunteer had taken spectacular photos, but took them away. I need to contact the VA to have his stone repaired...On my list... I so appreciate your going out of your way to get this done. Thank you so much! Sherry

Thank you! I will be patient! The original volunteer removed all of her photos for her own personal reasons. I so appreciate what you do, I live so far away! Sherry
