Bio and Links
Bio Photo Sometimes I take random pictures of tombstones at various cemeteries. If they don't have a memorial page I make one. So if they happen to be your relatives let me know and I will gladly transfer management. Other contributors have kindly transferred my relatives to me. I don't believe in keeping memorials just to have a high count. The pictures I post are there for you to use.

I am a Vermont Civil War buff, and am qorking on a project to identify the last resting places of many of our "old soldiers" that had ties to Vt. Asa Dewey is one such patriot. May I use the photo you have contributed to his memorial apge, to post on the Vermont Civil War site? ( www.vermontcivilwar.org)
You would receive credit for this.

Thank you for your consideration.

RE: Hill's
Hi Carolyn,

It was an amazing coincidence that you requested photo of Daniel Hill the day we were hunting for him. He is my great, great, great, great grandfather. Are we related? You asked if there were any other Hills. Yes, his son John. I just posted the picture tonight. I have also located his grandson Nehemiah in Ontario.I've requested a photo. I'm hunting for his son Daniel Hill (1793- ABT 1865-71) so I can connect them.

I discovered a great book about this family if you're interested. Its hard to find, entitled Descendants of Daniel Hill and Elizabeth Holmes from Maine New Brunswick and Westward. So well researched. Its amazing.

Best wishes,
Linda
