|Whitfield||RE: Wolf, George|
Thanks for your time updating the cemetery info you are working on. Much appreciated!!
I was able to get to the family History center and I posted parts of his death cert to the memorial.
let me know if you would like me to email you more pics, I have the entire thing.
Also, your thoughts on him being buried at Old City Cem.
The family history center is closed for Thanksgiving. They will reopen at the end of the month.
I will go there then and get that death cert and post.
|Whitfield||RE: George Wolf - Old City Cemetery?|
I'm sorry. I didn't see that message from you indicating that. It just said, declined.
I had messaged you, via the suggest button,
and indicated that I have a copy of Mildred Porter's Old City Cemetery book, Volume 1 of the cemetery directories published by the CCGS, in that book it lists George being buried there, with no marker.
I will also go today and get his death cert and post.
Sorry for the confusion, I assumed you had rcvd my prior message with my source.

I'm looking at the memorial for
Roseanne Marie Carter Jacob
What does the abbreviation "d/o" mean?
And the line that shows a "year date" followed by an "m", followed by a name?
Thanks for all your work posting the memorials and your help!
|Phyllis Lanoue||William Albert Chambers|
Your information for William Albert Chambers in Emporia, Lyon, Kansas is incorrect. He was born in Jasper County, Indiana, not Jasper, Indiana, which is in Dubois County, Indiana. He was a brother to my grandfather, George Chambers, who stayed here in Jasper County, Indiana, where I still live.
