I take pictures of every stone in the cemetery. Therefore I have no way of knowing if the person is still living. I mean no disrespect by adding them.|
Everyone deserves to be recognized with a memorial. Please keep in mind that deaths are public record. Cemeteries are also public.
I will be more than happy to add family links. Please just send request through the edit on each memorial, instead of asking for transfers.
Findagrave is doing a great service for us and I appreciate it. So please, remember that we are all in this for the same reason. To help others and pay tribute to all those who have gone on before us.
Please do not ask for transfers if you are researching family surnames. That isnt fair to the actual descendants.
Please send a message through the edit, on each memorial. That way I can find the memorials quickly. If they are in my family tree at all, I may choose not to transfer them.

Do you know why this cemetery is called, Des Arc-Hindbaugh..Cemetery?? And why isn't Ernest Eldride, William Paul Eldridge,Raymond Eldridge and Elmer Eldridge not listed with Ira?
|Terrie Erzfeld||Ira Eldridge|
You put a statement that she was murdered by Ernest.. Yes, this is the record but do we have to put it that way? I am investigating the Murder/Suicide..And, there was a lot unknown, so please let them rest in Peace...

Yes, she does. Thank you. She was an amazing young woman. A wonderful mother to her 5 boys who she raised basically on her own most of their lives. She was diagnosed with cancer & gone within 2 months.
That's her Mother's name. Same as your's. Thompson too. :)

Here I am at 1:15 a.m. just finding Aunt Lucy's transfer stuck on my server. I've spent a frustrating day all because of my email server being messed up. I've finally gotten all of the notices about the transfers that you sent me.
Kathy I don't think I have enough THANK YOUs that would cover how elated I am to have you transfer my family's memorials to me. I really do appreciate each and every one. You have given me a wonderful early birthday present.
I will begin working on the memorial pages in a few days, filling in any missing information. I wish I could get it all done immediately, but other scheduled obligations must come first. I don't know how you find time to do all the memorials that you have. I plan on sticking with only my family members. I just don't have the energy or time to do any that aren't my family.
Bless you and I truly wish you success in locating all of Lucy Frances' relatives. I know it's a good feeling when you know who your family is and where they all come from. If I ever come across anything that might be connected to her (was her maiden or married name Barnett?) I will definitely send you a message.
Have a wonderful Sunday. ~Donna

I left you a message on your page, reminding you that I had requested 12 and had only received 2, with the impression that was all you were going to do. I apologize for that message which I wrote in frustration. I was feeling anxiety in not being able to carry on what my Grandma Barnett had instilled in me from childhood; always keep accurate family records, and always maintain the cemetery.
I received a call from someone asking my opinion on an email they’d sent me. It was then that I discovered that my email server was having problems. Therefore, I had not received the emails stating that you had made some more of my family’s memorial transfers to me. As each email notification of a family memorial transfer trickled in, I posted a thank you message on your page.
I want to thank you for the transfer of 11 of the 12 family memorial transfers that I requested. I eagerly await the transfer of Lucy Randolph Barnett. She was my dad’s favorite aunt. I have a photo of him, as a young boy, sitting on the base of her monument. She would have him stand on a box and preach the sermon, like the preacher had done, every Sunday after services, at her house when they gathered for Sunday dinner; just to make sure Daddy had been listening in church. I own her antique treddle sewing machine, which was the only thing my Grandma Barnett ever sewed on. It still works and I carry on the tradition of using it.

Kathy thank you so much for transferring uncle Smoot's memorial to me. I loved this man and looked forward to his stays at my granddaddy's house. I would set for hours listening to him. When the email of your transfer came through, it brought tears to my eyes. THANK YOU & BLESS YOU!

Kathy thank you so much for transferring my dad's half-brother's memorial to me. This means so much to me, and I know that if my Daddy were here today, he would thank you also. Bless you!
|Donna E. Barnett Wynn||James Edgar Barnett|
Thank you for transferring James Edgar's memorial to me. Just got the email about the transfer, wanted to THANK YOU immediately!
