I think this "Find-a-Grave" website is wonderful, and I hope more people will add data to it. Hopefully my input will help someone out there.|
I so enjoy finding & visiting the old pioneer cemeteries, where the dates go back to the 1700-1800's.
I'll be more than happy to make corrections and/or add data, make relationship links, etc, but I am curtailing (not stopping) transferring memorials due to a growing misunderstanding of what Find-a-grave is all about.
Please DO NOT not leave me a message of "any kind" without leaving a way for me to get back to you. It makes no sense to do so - it is useless and it will be ignored.
Your "e-mail" must be present in your messages to me.
DO NOT ask for transfers without return contact information either.
I only transfer memorials according to Find-a-grave guidelines so check first before asking please.
TRANSFERS: Per Findagrave regulations:
Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. This DOES NOT include aunts, uncles and cousins.

|Judith W. (Family Finder)||Williams Cemetery updates|
Hi again Ruth,
I appreciate your help (again!) for all of the updates you've done for me. I'm beginning to get all of my Williams and Steward families linked. I could not have done it without your help!
With much appreciation,
|David Forcade||Update for Albert Ross|
Thank you so much for your updating Albert's bio and the link to his first spouse, Elizabeth Waymire.
|Judith W. (Family Finder)||All those updates!|
Hello again Ruth,
MANY thanks for helping to update the memorials I sent to you. You are truly an angel to help me! I greatly appreciate it.
I've found that there are actually some people in Shelby County who (for whatever reason) have not responded to the edit requests. It is sad that this is happening. I'm not doing this for me. I realize that one day I won't be able to do this, and only want the memorials to be helpful.
I hope you have a great weekend,
|Judith W. (Family Finder)||Thank you!|
Thank you so much for adding my information on Olive Rush Means. You were incredibly fast!
I'm going through my family tree information and trying to link families together on Find A Grave. So, you may be hearing from me again. Many of my family members are buried in Shelby County.
Thanks for your hard work and devotion to Find A Grave,
|Paul Wright||Rev Enos W Lindsey|
Enos and Vitula had a daughter, Loris, born in 1911. She married Louis E. Carr of Spencer Co, Indiana around 1930. My wife's grandmother.

Della was my ex husband's grandmother. She died before he was born. William was his uncle who committed suicide, was cremated and his ashes buried with his mother, Della. Della was married to Charles Edgar (1899-1967) whom is buried with his second wife in Zionsville indiana. Her parents were Martha and Jerome McCain. I at first thought Bill was buried on top his mother but was able to verify yesterday that he had been cremated and his aches are buried with her. I can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you.
|Bonnie B.||Moses Depue|
Thank you for creating memorials for Moses and Polly DePue. They are my 4th great grandparents. Moses was born Dec 7, 1785 in lower Mt Bethel, PA. His parents were Benjamin and Ocee Stivers DePue. Who are buried in Sandystown, NJ.
Again, thank you for your contributions. Bonnie B
