Retired and have decided to share the wealth of info gleaned over the past 50yrs. After two hard-drive failures, I've decided to convert most of my notebooks to the ancestry.com website and just recently found the findagrave.com website and have been converted! My first day searching and I found my long-lost Uncle Edwin's final resting place in Texarkana. |

|Sharon Rummel||Rummel Family of Meigs County, Ohio|
Thank you for the transfers of John and Harriet Cole. Both are descendants of Rummel/ and Kimes families originating from Minersville, Meigs County Ohio. My family originated from there, I research that county a lot, if you ever need help, just let me know.

|Denby Brown||RE: Ralph Alexander|
I got a big kick out of this, when you mentioned Ralph recording albums it made me remember the one I found a few years ago, and I went looking and found it again. What got me was the label reads recorded by Ralph Alexander, Xylophone Rag Two Hearts, when I put it on the player it started out with a woman's voice announcing who and what is going to play, I'm assuming it was Helen Alexander, it took me a few times to catch what she said, but when I did I got a surprise, she announced the song and that it was played by Jean Ann who was my mother. She had told me stories of her playing the Zylophone when she was a young child, and now I got the chance to hear her. I'm kind of surprised that you don't know her and her family, she grew up between Burney and Rugby with her grandparents Aenos Burney and Bessie Miner (Minor), Helen was Bessie's sister, plus her great grandparents lived in Burney William and Lilly Minor. My gr gr gr Grandmother was a Burney, and from what I understand her Uncle started Burney.

I really don't anything about Ralph, my mother might have but she passed away Sept 2012. I did happen to run across an album that I beleive was one of his, but unfortunately I don't really know what happened to it. I have added the information to Ralph's memorial page.
|martha easter||RE: Maude May Herrell|
Maude is the daughter of George Herrell and Elizabeth Williams. they were married 16 June 1883 in Anderson County, TN. George is buried in Piney Grove Cemetery Anderson County 208591654.
If you want to go further George's father was Rufus Herrell #53477479 I believe this is your memorial.
Please let me know if you find Maude Mae's grave. I know she died in Ohio. This is not my family. It is a tree I have done for a friend. I feel like I know them.
Let me know if you have other questions that I might be able to answer.

You are a doll! Thank you so much for the great info. If you have any other information for the other Neel's buried in South Park Cemetery, or Suhre's that may have used Howe Funeral Home, I would gladly appreciate it. People like you make our searching much easier.

|David Eggler||Joseph Guy Harwood|
Well, Joseph was actually the lst cousin of his wife Adelia Helen Kellogg. But if he wasn't the husband of Adaline Kellogg, it begs the question of who Adaline did marry before George Payne and Joseph Stull. Perhaps some Harwood. Any insights?
