You are very welcome. I did not find any other Knowlton in that cemetery. It was a cemetery in the middle of farm fields. I took pictures of every stone that I could read and did not find other Knowltons.

How is he related. My husband is a Coln and most everyone buried in the Coln Cemetery is related to him.

Sorry I'm so late with reply just got back online! So your
grandmother and my grandfather are brother and sister!?
Yes I'm from TX John Sr and Virdie brought my dad John Jr
to TX when he was just a few months old. John Sr was born
in 1880 or 1882 not for sure and died in 1962. My dad John
Jr was born in 1919 and died in 1967. But John Sr didn't
marry Virdie in 1930 since my dad was born in 1919! They
only had one child, my dad. Both John Sr and Virdie had been
married before. John Sr had two daughters and one son and
Virdie had one daughter. So my dad had three half sisters and
one half brother. I never knew much beyond John Sr never
heard him mention any of his family back in AL but I was just
a small child at that time but I did know all my dad's half
sisters and half brother. Saw them every year when they
came in from AL I cherish that photo of Emeriah look at it all
the time! I can see John Sr in him a lot - they were very
hard-working people. So how are you and I kin? Third
cousins maybe? Hello long lost relative!!! (LOL) Keep in
touch. Where are you from do you live in TX? ((( hugs)))
