Please keep in mind that Find A Grave is a website dedicated to recording graves and is dependent upon the efforts of VOLUNTEERS such as myself.
As such we are all here because we like cemeteries and want to do our part. I started in March of 2008 but recent health issues have forced me to cut back on the amount of cemetery transcription I do.
I am not perfect, there are errors in my submissions. Like everyone else here, I have life outside of this website.
Please utilize the new editing system to make family links. Don't assume I am the source of erroneous information and links.
A word about adding information to a persons memorial; please think about what your asking me to add to a memorial. Webster's dictionary describes a biography as; A biography or bio is a detailed description of a person's life. It involves more than just the basic facts like education, work, relationships, and death,
Things I will not add are: cut and paste census records, death index records, DAR or SAR records (commonly called ancestral files) but will gladly make corrections and family links. Absolutely no graphic details regarding death will be added. Any correction sent to my email address that is construed as frivolous or snarky will be trashed.
All transfers will be handled according to the four generation policy; please state your relationship. Please do not use my photos elsewhere without permission. I make a concerted effort to take the best photograph possible, so that every detail of a marker is captured, including transcriptions. Sometimes, I drive back out and retake marker photos that I feel could be better. Courtesy is not too much to ask.
