Opal Booth
Her S.S. records show the name Opal. She probably is buried with her husband Stanley. Thank you for your efforts!

Thank you for attempting to obtain a headstone photo for Opal Booth. She is supposed to be buried at Hillside - her obituary says Hillside. But perhaps something changed. In any case, thank you for your efforts.

Made some corrections on the Meehans graves...thanks to your photos and information.
the family lived not too far from my family in allegheny Co PA, about the same time. My Irish family came to Akron around the same time as they did also.
found a Mary Ann (Meehan) Lytle as a daughter too. Randy May already had the photo and memorial posted..sent him corrections and additional information. i still cant find a death certificate for Patrick Meehan, the patriarch... looked in both PA and OH. Thanks for all the help.

The -1 and no records
I have run into the (incorrect) -1 age before... in fact, it was a classmate of mine who died when he was in his 60's and they have his age as -1. so i am very leery of that age designation, unless i can find other documentation that deceased was and infant. as for Patrick Meehan... since he died in 1897, i am assuming they didnt have records going back that far? for burials? ( an assumption on my part, totally). With the tombstone pic for Catherine & Patrick, i changed the relationships around...even tho there would be a 22 year difference in their ages. Perhaps Patrick is one of the missing people in the run down of the entire plot? like grave F ( which would be next to Catherine) ..also there is no listing i can find for grave G..but it could be a meehan married female with a different last name ( and F could be the husband)..yet to be determined.
Also, for the tombstone of John B. Buzzell and his first wife, Elizabeth (second was Hazel , which you ferreted out!) there is no record of an Elizabeth Buzzelli buried in that plot and i can not find a death certificate for her in 1949... meant to ask you to add the tombstone to her memorial, but as i mentioned, i am over my request allotment for the
Cant begin to say how helpful and knowledgeable you have been in solving many of the tombstone riddles and relationships.
You are a wealth of information.
Thank you!

How fascinating about Amy ( aka Erimena, aka Ameila) Palmisano.) My sister used to research marriage license in Akron , Ohio when they were in huge, back breaking books at the Court House. She says they are no longer there..must be online? Thank you for your research to clear up this riddle.
Greatly apprecitated,

Jack Baldinger's grave marker photo
I just wanted to thank you for adding the photo to Jack's memorial at Hillside Memorial Park.
He was a close friend and neighbor of mine.
