Bio and Links
Bio Photo PLEASE - remember to only ask for a transfer if you are a direct descendant within the four generation guidelines. Otherwise, please send any information you would like added to a memorial for your aunts, uncles, cousins, etc. Thank you.

As an amateur genealogist with very limited funds, I believe that Find A Grave is an invaluable family history resource! The family names I am avidly researching include these surnames:
Anderson, Braswell, Byers, Dykes, Garrison, Hightower, Horn, Jones, Logan, Mooney, Patillo, Strong, Wiseman

There are many other affiliated names that are too numerous to list. The majority of the memorials I have created on Find A Grave are of my extended family, including numerous allied families.

I have created many memorials from cemetery transcriptions, and from other Find A Grave members' headstone photos. I welcome corrections or additions to these memorials. Please use the Edit tab at the top right of EACH memorial to correct dates, names, or add family links. If you have a question or want to send a bio, please click on 'Suggest any other corrections or additions' while on the 'Edit' page.
Transfers: Please read the Find A Grave FAQ regarding transfers. I do take care of all of the memorials I create, and will happily make edits, corrections, and add links. Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations (see the FAQ). All others please make corrections using the "Edit" tab at the top right of the memorial. Do not use public messages or direct emails as these do not include the necessary links to the memorials and your contributor page.

Reminder: Find A Grave is a collaborative website, so if you see any memorial that needs more information, links, or corrections, please contact the contributor of the memorial to make these changes. Also, check out the Virtual Cemetery feature as the perfect way to keep track of all your family members' memorials.

Happy Find-A-Graving!

PS - Please use the Edit tab for ANYTHING regarding memorials that I manage. Public messages and my email address do not include the necessary links to the memorials!

Since you will not do transfers outside of the Find A Grave 'guidelines', who will maintain these memorials after you are unable to? Just a question because I would really like to have family memorials transferred to me so that I can maintain them. These people are family and are personally known by my mother-in-law who has a lot of personal knowledge about them as well as numerous photographs. I find it unfair to give you all of this information for you to claim as your own.

RE: Harriett Mitchell Matthews #61349507
Yes, I know all this ... just telling YOU since it is your memorial. Thought it would be more appropriate for you to do it.

Have lots more photos to post in this cemetery but have been slow this week ... will begin posting again today. Hopefully I can also get back up to that cemetery in a few days.

I have not been sending you all the links, edits, etc, that I "could" be sending....only those I feel really need to be done for clarification purposes.

Thank for working with me.

William Daniel Pollard's Sisters
William Daniel Pollard; His Grave Memorial #40162743, in New Prospect Cemetery, Rusk County Texas.

Under William Daniel Pollard sisblings, the last two should be his sisters:
Martha Moss Pollard (Porter) 5-9-1922;
Marjorie Mozelle Pollard (Barrington) 7-23-1924.

Since they are still alive they wanted to be included under their brothers' name.

Thank You Cindi, you are doing such a great justice to everyone, keep up the great job.

Hey Cyndi, as you can see I'm at it again ... adding more photos for you.

See memorial # 61349507 Harriet (Mitchell) Mathews/Matthews .. another contributor has added the WRONG photo to this name. Close inspection of the photo will show the dates do NOT match your entry. They need to remove it. FYI: I have the correct photo - she is with her Mitchell family. Note: in her case last name has 2 "T's" in it MATTHEWS.

RE: pending edits
In the case of J. Pope Kelly, I guess we can just leave his death place blank for now since he cannot be found except in the SSDI. However his place of birth was KY as that's what he always gave in the census. At least that much we DO know.

I love a good mystery but sometimes it gets frustrating doesn't it?!!

RE: pending edits
I have access to a variety of search resources ... I cannot find anything else on the J.Pope Kelly man. I have searched, filtered, and searched some more but I just don't come up with anything else on him. We can only hope a family member will pop up one day and claim him, or have further info I guess.

RE: pending edits
Sent you 2 standard SAC's with explanations of his name (Sr.) and his data. As I said in one of those; I use the cemetery photos, census, death, birth, etc, records to derive any info I send people.
