I was at the cemetery yesterday looking for your relatives. I noticed that you had been to that cemetery before? Did they have a gravestone? Because I walked around and never found it. In fact, I didn't see any Hanners markers. Usually there are relatives and such. Do you remember approximately where it was? Which side of the road? Let me know if you remember anything about the location. Thanks.

I have a list of all people buried at Butte County cemetery. There is no James Dezern on the list. This is a pauper's cemetery located in Oroville CA. As far as I can tell there were no burials beyond the 1970's.

After reading your message, I discovered an error in Mary's resting place. She is in fact buried in the same cemetery as her son James Davis Pickens: Rock Springs in Mount Hope Lawrence Co AL.
Thank you for visiting Mary's memorial and starting me to wonder if my initial source had been wrong. This led to finding her actual resting place and I am grateful to you.

I got a photo request fom you today. I also have Harris family roots .My grandmother was a Harris (Mary Ann Harris Metts). They were originally from North Carolina ,Beverly Allen Harris and Lennie Woods Harris after the death of her husband Lennie remarried a Ballard and moved to Ozark,Frnklin County ,Arkansas. From there they came to Texas . My Harris family also settled in Palestine ,Texas around 1896 then later went on to Montgomery County Texas.I will try and get over to the cemetery sometime this week and look for them. It is a very large cemetery and there are a lot of Harris buried in that cemetery and the surounding cemeteries.Good luck with your search.

I did find grave markers for Mary Myers and William Myers. I posted the pics on their memorial pages. I did not find a marker for Mary Myers Zelike. I took some pics of the cemetery and also various pics of the Myers's gravestones from different angles so you can see the layout. If you would like these extra pictures give me your email and I will send them to you.
