I have always had a love for history, old architecture and cemeteries. Once I started researching my families genealogy I discovered Find A Grave. |
That small dash represents our lives, accomplishments,failures and our greatest achievements of all...those we loved.
If you are a family member to someone I've added, I'd be glad to transfer them to you. Or if you should come across a loved one and would like to add a bio for them, please feel free to let me know.
If there is a duplication please check for the dates and if I am the younger of the two I will delete my entry.
My family names are on my fathers side: Parcell, Fogarty, Wiseman, DeJournett, Bailey, Burgess, Hinkle and Mullins. On my mothers side: Tyner, Swain, Wooten, McKinney, Reily and Taylor.

Could you please communicate with me in regard to the duplication of memorials for the Shavers in Grandview Cemetery in West Virginia? We both may be related to them. If you are not related to them, I am in their direct line, and I would like to discuss their memorials with you. Thanks.
|Mary Hill||2 memorials for the same person|
In the Methodist Cemetery, Samantha, Highland, Ohio the two entries for Minnie J. Elton Memorial# 113662491 and your entry Memorial# 86519556
are the same person. The same is true for Memorial# 113662359 and your Memorial# 86519548. Can we get these combined?

|Travis Scaggs||Burgess Family In The New Robinette Cemetery at Forest Lawn Cemetery|
I had taken a photo of a tall tombstone of ELBERT BUEGESS. Would James Burgess be buried along side of Elbert Burgess at the newly moved graves at the new Robiinette Cemetery at Forest Lawn Cemetery? I could go back and see around the plots they have placed there near the Elbert Burgess. Let me know and if I can't find it near that grave of him or if you expect it wasn't near Elbert; then let me know. I'd like to help.
Thanks for your time. -Travis Scaggs

Sheila, Abel Caudill is not buried in my family's cemetery on Merritts Creek Rd near Sweetland WV. I've personally visited this cemetery and recorded and photographed the tombstones. Please remove Abel Caudill from this cemetery. Thank you, Jo Sargent firstname.lastname@example.org
|DEG||RE: Walter Wallace Tapscott|
Thanks for getting back to me. Wallace is my first cousin. My mother was his father's sister. When I go to Wally's memorial and click on Edit, I do not see the option to request a management change. Otherwise I would have done so. Thank you for taking care of this.

A month or so back I sent you a private message asking to have my cousin Walter Wallace Tapscott at Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery transferred to me. I thought that I would post it here since you are not responding to your email.

|Cathy ||RE: Swain's in Fort Drum|
My sister lives in Okeechobee. She works in Ft. Drum. I love taking pictures of out of the way cemeteries. Ft. Drum is one of my favorite. Her inlaws are buried at Basinger Cemetery, another favorite of mine. When I visit her, I take pictures while she is working. The Swain family caught my interest because of the names of the children.
