I live in Henderson County, NC. I enjoy researching my family tree and love to help other when I can in their research. Please let me now if there are any errors in the memorials or if you like me to add something to one. Please use the correction form. I will only delete duplicate memorial in the same cemetery. If you believe it is duplicate memorial listed in a different cemetery, please have the cemeteries are merged before asking me to delete the memorial. Older duplicate will not be deleted. I have visually verified all not related memorials are listed in the correct cemetery. Many of the graves I entered are of people that I am not related to or knew. I have entered the graves in the hope that it helps others find where their family rest. I also will be willing to help you research family roots in the Henderson County, NC area if I have the time. Please send me an email for research help. Flower and messages on contributor page are should be reserved for remembrances and thanks. Correction and delete request there will not be done. You are welcome to use my photo on Find-A-Grave in your genealogy program (i.e. Family Tree Maker) as long as you give credit.|

|Leah Knowles||Information About Sarah Rosa Lee Stamey|
Hi Dan. I came across this website by accident today, and was thrilled to find information about my mother's sister that died as an infant. I have taken my Mom to visit the New Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery looking for her sister's grave. She thought she remembered the general area it should have been located, but we couldn't find it. We gave up after several visits.
You have created a memorial page for my Aunt Rosa Lee. Below is the link for it.
Can you tell me what the Note: death certificate #110 - 11, means? Is there a record somewhere at the church, or something, that could lead us to where her grave actually is?
I appreciate any help you can give us. I also commend you for the obvious great effort you have instilled in this site. Thank you!

Thank you so much for your generosity of your time and resources. Helping with Find A Grave is so beneficial to people like me who cannot visit the graves of their "kin". I used to haunt the cemeteries in NC with a cousin. Now I am unable to go to cemeteries but thank the GOOD LORD there are people like you who go for us. I appreciate so much that you have put part of my family on Find A Grave. Do you mind if I use copies of your photos of the grave stones for my family files? I have files on Ancestry and Family TreeMaker. I am trying so hard to leave behind a trail that my extended family can follow to know their heritage.
I have been at this job since the early 80's and still have a long way to go it seems.
Thank you again. You help make my quest possible.

may i use your memorial photo w/credit? thanks marilyn. WEST-BOYCE-WHITAKER family tree ancestry.com
No problem. I had attended the dedication ceremony that the DAR did. It was rather nice to watch.They said she is buried under the church handicapped ramp. They put her new stone next to the rest of the family. The DAR went to great lengths to get her that new stone.

Thank you so much for the creation of my Great Grandmothers Mary Jane Justus Johnson memorial. And for the transfer. The wonderful work you have done is very much appreciated.
Thank you so very much for the kind and generous spirit it takes to do this kind of work, which frequently goes unappreciated.

Dan, may I please have permission to upload this photo to my ancestry family tree and to my family group on facebook.
|Fran Bundy||Noahdiah Wade|
Dan, I saw where you're a descendant of Noahdiah Wade as is my husband, too. I have posted the oldest known photo of this line that of his granddaughter Martha Wade Cory (wife of David Cory) buried in Sussex, NJ. She was the daughter of Noahdiah's son Samuel who married Anna Van Kirk. Thought you might want to see her picture. Thanks for your work, as well. Sincerely, Fran

Could you link Rickie Eugene Tuttle (26633321) to his father Charles Lindbergh Tuttle (49636454). Charles was my step-father & Rickie was my step-brother.
Inez Patton Tuttle (86372518) was Charles first wife & Rickie's mother. I found Inez's brother's Dewey 'Doul' Felton Patton (86698321) obit:
