I am a step dtr of Milton's great grandson Bobby Lee Hamby. He thinks his parents are buried in Wetumpka. Do you know where they are buried?

RE: Old Town cemetery
I looked at the list of names at Old Town cemetery, and I don't see any duplicate of two Mary with the same dates. I try my best not to put duplicate names on Find A Grave. One Mary was born in 1786, the other Mary was born 1844.

My reply:

I know you didn't intentionally make a duplicate. I fully understand that.

In the SAC that I sent you, take the memorial number of the original memorial and put in the "New Search" and you will find the original memorial easily.

I hope I can answer your reply correctly as you didn't mention the memorial number or Mary's surname in your post.

It appears there was already an "Old Town Creek Baptist Church Cemetery AKA Town Creek" on Find A Grave before you made the cemetery and posted your memorials in 2014. These two cemeteries have been merged to make one and this has caused a few duplicated memorials.

Both of these memorials are for Mary Cartledge Hardy born in 1786.

Looking at the date that the record was added, yours is the duplicated one.

I hope this helps to show you what I found.

Thank you for all you have done in recording graves.
