Bio Photo Very few of the people who have ever lived ever show up in the history books. It is mostly through genealogy and websites like this that they are ever remembered.

While any picture is better than no picture please avoid the temptation to post a picture of a grave marker that isn't better than the picture(s) already on a memorial simply because you took a picture. Pictures that are dark, taken at goofy angles, blurred, too far away, clip the tombstone/inscription or otherwise unreadable don't really help and shouldn't be posted.

I apologize for the second message but I do not want to continue to go back and forth over this as your friend EatatJoes did with me.

In the past week, my sister-in-law lost her husband suddenly, my son-in-law lost his job among other family issues we have been facing just I am sure you have your own issues in your life.

This is a hobby for me to relieve stress from these type of everyday issues we all face. It is not life or death to me although it appears that way for others.

Most of the photos I have added to your memorials would have been at Belfast or Plainfield which I will look at through the cemetery listings and delete.

I do not intend to contact you or your friend again on this site.

When I first started on Find A Grave I added photos I now realize I should not have due to being new. As I have come across some of these memorials I have removed them. I have learned not to add them as I have been on this site longer unless a photo request comes along on one that was not very readable to start with that is listed there. I will add a photo if I think it is clearer or shows a wider area so that if a relative is looking for the stone they can find the other stones around it. Someone else on the website has taught me that instead of taking only closeups.

I believe at one time you had stepped away from this website as there was no contact information or listing other then your name. I had to ask Find A Grave regarding a transfer of his aunt when no information was available for you at all.

I also have removed photos from my memorials and replaced them with updated ones and even on some of the photo requests I took earlier as I come across them again I have also replaced with updated ones. My husband and I try to take the best photos possible and have even made multiple return trips to cemeteries to get the best light for photo requests which wasn't the case early on.

As time allows I will check your memorials and remove my photos and if you have a list you want to send me please do not hesitate to let me know. It is not my wish to place photos on your memorials that you do no wish to have there.

Belfast Cemetery
I notice you have been adding photos from Belfast Cemetery to my memorials. I would ask kindly if my photos are the same as your photos and are not clearer or from a different angle that you would not add your photos. In Ella Nora Rasley's memorial, 133860747 there is my photo and then your photo which is the same. The one of her sister's Carrie's is the same too.

I do appreciate any updates for corrections or linking.

Wilhelm Serfass # 64499339
Tim, I do not understand the tombstone photo you put on Wilhelm Serfass memorial. You state "Son of Johann & Sara Serfass. Aged 7y 10m 10d. (bio by: Tim Gruber)" There is no Sara connected with Wilhelm Serfass memorial so I don't quite understand why the tombstone photo is attached to this memorial. Just observing when working on my Serfass's again. Debbie

RE: grandson of Walter Watt Moyer
sorry for the trouble - you must get lots of messages - what was posted about him was lengthy like 20 kids, naming them, etc - did you post that as well? and where would you have gotten it to post it?

Walter C Moyer 88338384
Hello Tim,

I am looking for a Mazie Moyer who was the 2nd wife of Walter C Moyer. Her maiden name was Meyer. Is there any chance you could go to the cemetery and see if there is a headstone for Mazie? Her death certificate states she was buried in the same cemetery as Walter.

Thank you,

Susan Meyer

Hi Tim,

Pat updated the cemetery to reflect the one you have for Johannes. Could you please post your tombstone picture on 120527698?

Would you then delete the duplicate posting of 166071792?

Thank you - Jill (Kemmerer)
