Case photos
Thank you very much for the great photos! I am appreciative of your help - it's such a big cemetery that even with the section number some graves can be hard to find.

Eva Case - Union Cemetery
Thank you for the tombstone picture you posted on the Eva Case memorial (#167611086). I am so sorry - but the tombstone photo you posted is actually for Eva McKnight. I created a memorial for her so that you can transfer the photo over to the correct memorial.

Eva McKnight - #167979301

I think the confusion with the names is because Eva McKnight is a sister of Nellie McKnight Case - they are buried near each other in section 3 - row 48.

Most likely the Eva Case that I was looking for was a daughter of Nellie's - named after her departed older sister.

I am so sorry for all the confusion but I totally appreciate your efforts and this helps me understand better why it has been hard to piece together the family! Your pictures are wonderful - I fully appreciate you taking them when the sun is on the lettering - it makes it so much more readable.

Nellie Case - Union Cemetery
Thank you for the great photo for Nellie Case. This tombstone is actually for the mother, Nellie Case (1878-1904) and I was hoping there was a marker for her baby - but since your did not find one for the baby - they were probably buried together.

I do already have a photo of the mother, Nellie Case that I took when I was in New York in May - but your photo is much better.

If you would be so kind to delete your photo from #167611126 (Nellie Case infant b & d 1904) and add it to her mother #167453902 (Nellie Case 1878-1904). Then I will delete my photo. Thank you again - it's a very large cemetery and I do appreciate your time and effort.
