I am a native Houstonian. But, am blessed to live in Brenham,Tx, where the bluebonnets and Bluebell Ice Cream grow. I am the mother of 2 beautiful children and blessed with 3 wonderful grandchildren.|
My ancestry lines are:
I have created memorials for my family and a few others. I find it very gratifying to be able to create a memorial. I have also created memorials for the Rock Shoals Cemetery in San Saba, TX.
If I have created a memorial for your relative, please contact me and I will be happy to transfer it to you, unless of course they are my direct descendants.
You are more than welcome to use any of the photos, I have posted to findagrave, for your own personal use, but not-for-profit family history projects. I ask, that you include a note stating that the photos were provided by Joyce Wyatt, via Find A Grave. Please let me know when you borrow one, I would like to know by whom and where they are being used. Thanks!

|Nancy Protzman||RE: BENJAMIN MITCHELL/JANE C. SCRIMPTON|
I'm related to the Mitchells. My g-grandmother was Margaret Lucretia Mitchell, married to William Henry Snell. Do you know anything at all about the Scrimptons?
|Nancy Protzman||BENJAMIN MITCHELL/JANE C. SCRIMPTON|
I'm Benjamin and Jane's 3rd g-granddaughter. Would love to correspond.
The memorials have been transferred to your care. Thank you for answering my questions and for the willingness to give us a more complete glimpse into your grandparents' lives. I do not live there anymore so I am unable to get a photo for you. I have my Daddy's notes and my Granny's notes, as well as my own, from walking cemeteries for 60-70 yrs, all along the TN/ KY line where we lived. So the headstones may not even be readable now, if the cemetery has not grown over by now. I'm not sure who's notes these 2 graves were on (as I have a filing cabinet full of notes), but that is all I have. My Granny's favorite thing to do after Sunday dinner was to walk and record a new cemetery. Daddy and I picked up her love of these quiet resting places. One thought I do have is that Robertson County Archives may possible have a photo, as well as much more on this family. They are a great help and very kind folks there. Give them a call 615-382-6928.
Good luck in your research,

You asked for a transfer of this memorial, which is not within the F.A.G. guidelines but I would consider. Do you have more info to add to it or do you just want to claim it and leave it as it is. I ask because I get so many folks wanting the memorial and then they never add a photo or info to the bio section, or even link the memorial to other family members. If you can do any of this then I may transfer it. If you answer this message with the info you have about Mary, then also *please* remember you need to include your member number with any request for a transfer, as you did not with your last request.

Thanks Joy it was just a shot in the dark in trying to locate info on Well family. They are hard to trace!!! I have them all over Walker County, but there are other Wells frmilies there tht I do not link to. Thanks again lady.
I am a descendent of John Wells, I see you are kin. Trying to figure out how. I know Walter W. Wells was the Great Grandson of John Wells Find A Grave Memorial# 42514477.
